The gals serving were super friendly and made me the hugest burrito I have ever had anywhere! It probably weighed 2 lbs, I barely could eat half. The steak was tender and seasoned perfectly. My wife got a monster burrito chicken bowl! Chicken was grilled and seasoned amazingly. First time here, but definitely not the last!

We finally got to try Pepos Burrito Bar and it was amazing. All of us had the taco salad bowl and whoa did they ever fill it full! If you are ever in Athens, TN and really hungry this is definitely the place to go. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

First off I’ll say Mexican food wasn’t my thing, one of those have to be in the mood kind of thing….But this place is soooo good! I’m here sometimes 3-4 times a week. It’s a Chipotle concept but 100x better. More to choose from to build your burrito, taco salads, nachos etc…It’s always fresh from scratch, and very reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant itself is so cutely decorated, colorful Day Of The Dead theme. I love it!

Pepo’s Burrito Bar is a casual, friendly restaurant with fresh ingredients to create your custom meal with all the Tex-Mex ingredients imaginable. My favorite is the edible taco bowl with shredded chicken and I switch up my toppings each time I visit Pepo’s. This restaurant is always very clean- I mean it’s impressive how well maintained the employees keep the food line and dining room. It’s typical to see a line formed waiting to make their food choices however it never takes too long as the employees are efficient. Their kids menu is a success with my little ones as well- a smaller burrito or a quesadilla are usually the choices made in my party. Excellent fast casual restaurant in Athens.

This is a Mexican restaurant where you go down a food bar and tell them what you would like on your burrito/tacos/nachos/salad. Friendly professional staff. Very affordable with lots of options and generous servings. Love the plants decorating the restaurant.
