We went here for lunch. Menu looked promising online. When we got there we were handed a much smaller lunch menu. I got a sausage sandwich. My buddy got chicken parm sandwich. Fries come with sandwiches but they did not have fries. My sandwich was undercooked. The bread was okay. I ordered my lunch with no cucumbers. My side salad was loaded with cucumbers. The bread and oil with roasted garlic was delicious. Otherwise, the lunch was not good.

Started off a little shaky as they were short staffed. Ordered chicken Parm and it wasn’t available, which was a little odd. Fortunately my second choice, Chicken Alfredo, was. My dtr ordered the margherita pizza and my wife the eggplant Parm. All in all the food was good. My wife noticed her pasta was lukewarm while the eggplant was hot. My Alfredo was slightly under seasoned, but I’d rather that than too salty. The pizza was great. Atmosphere is more like a bar than a restaurant. The echo in the room is loud due to the hard floor and high ceiling. Our server was very pleasant and clearly cared about giving good service. Certainly has great potential to be a huge success though it seems like they’re struggling to find consistent help, like a lot of places.

I would give this review one star if it weren’t for the cannoli dessert. It was probably one of the better cannolis I’ve tried. The pizza was also good, nothing special really just a little salty. For appetizers we got french fries, the stacked eggplant, and the bruschetta. The fries were actually very good but similar to bowling alley fries (aka good and salty). The bruschetta tasted burnt and the tomatoes tasted like nothing, also I don’t know if anyone there went to culinary school but the onions for it where chopped so poorly it was uncomfortable to eat. The “eggplant” was probably the worst part of our meal. There was zero eggplant in it. Like absolutely nothing. It just tasted like a stale salt less uncooked fried dough in equally unsalted red sauce. It was so awful. Also they didn’t have lemonade as a drink option, only alcoholic drinks and Pepsi products. They also served all of their sides like ketchup or red pepper flakes in small plastic containers which was an utter waste of plastic and disappointing to see they couldn’t take the extra effort and replace it with reusable glass containers like the use for the parmesan cheese. We called im advance as well to make sure we didn’t need reservations and the person on the phone said today it was “walk in only” but when we arrived the first thing we were asked is if we had a reservation and that the wait would be about 20 minutes. Overall I will not be coming here again.

This place was my hope, but now I just can’t. The first pizza picture is what I got, the second is what they use to give, and for the price you think you would ALWAYS get the better of the two. The girl who picked up the phone when I complained was absolutely rude, and an lacking in intelligence. When I said there is no cheese on the pizza she told me “there’s no cheese on a margarita pizza anyway, there’s only fresh mozzarella balls.” WHAT?!?! She also told me the manager would call me back. This was two weeks ago. After the call, I received devastating news about my family and had to leave town and realize today that they never called me back. Look at the first picture of the pizza – it’s like a flat, pathetic excuse especially for the price, and they don’t care about customer service either.

Worst place to dine in or take out. Not because of the food( it’s average) , but the service is the utmost worst . From the welcome in to the checkout , zero hospitality, zero manners and hoggish attitudes overwhelm this establishment.

Not impressed with ambience, decor or service, was cold in the dining room, ordered 4 cheese pizza and the menu we were given did not mention blue cheese yet it’s made with blue cheese. They need to update that in the menu, blue cheese is a strong cheese to just surprise someone with. Husband also found piece of plastic in his drink which looked like ice but was not.

Was told to wait 10 minutes to sit down then waited another 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Didn’t even bother staying. Lousy service and unfriendly staff will not attempt to eat here again.
