I ordered food Friday night and Madu took my order completely wrong and I got charged for something I did not want. On top of that I’ve been trying to get a hold of a manager since then and nobody is ever available. When i spoke to Jon yesterday ( a manager)finally he gave me a number to call and it’s unavailable as well. It has never been this hard for me to get a refund on some food that was also uncooked! I will never be ordering from y’all again. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them it’s not worth it

Got my pizza, 90 minutes later than the 30 minute delivery time. Order was correct except no sauce for wings ordered, unusual for them. they are usually much better.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza and was not delivered until 1.5 hours later. And that is after contacting them TWICE. They claimed they were busy but a driver was on the way with it. He should be there in 10 mins, well 20 mins later he shows up with a freezing cold pizza. Plus the price is way too high for the size and toppings. Don’t bother.

New owners. It’s not really a people’s choice now. Ordered half sheet pizza got a large pizza cut into tiny squares tried to talk to a manager but there were none there and the people working barely speak English so communication was awful. Will not ever go there again.

Call these people last night, the worst food experience of my life! Driver was extremely rude to my kids, food arrived without a hot bag, and my pizza looked like it was put upside down! When I called the person on the phone just told me next time to order someplace else! This place when down hill big time!!!
