Order took over an hour to complete. The delivery driver said the restaurant owner was incredibly rude while trying to collect the food. Oxtail had no seasoning. I bit into a piece that tasted sour. The rice also smelled sour. Fried dumplings were soaking with oil.

Place doesn’t follow directions. I order mac and cheese and they gave me Jamican patty instead two times in a row. I also put if you guys do not have mac and cheese just refund me for what i payed. They STILL sent a Jamaican patty, mind you they don’t ever answer the phone lol. Stay away from this place.

I’ve had better Caribbean food but it’s not bad. The fried dumplings are fresh and not a day old like some places. Very tiny area to order and forget about eating there, people will be standing over you. I guess there’s not too many other west Indian food spots in Norwalk. I noticed that people call ahead to have their food ready when they arrive. The problem with that is only one person helping the walk-in customers while the other preparing to go food for people calling in. This creates a long line. Even the people that called in are waiting on line…so what’s the point???.

Service is bad. For a restaurant to be in the middle of a Hispanic community. You should be a little nice when your people of color comes and visit. The stigma about Jamaicans would never go away. If you don’t stop being so hard, give a little bit of respect, and be friendly. When individuals are coming to buy your food. Never again. There’s so many other restaurants to choose from. If someone chooses your place of business. Take into consideration that I’m here to give you business. Change your way oh how you service people. Start with your tone and attitude.

Everything about this restaurant is TERRIBLE I was just here today and the lady was nasty with us weather it’s her giving me a middle finger telling me to “stop bleaching my skin” or “don’t tell me what to do” and just straight up fighting the customers it’s just terrible these people are very unprofessional and they deserve to be shut down.
