11/16/2022 Peoples choice in East Hartford is our Go-to for pizza. We’ve had good luck with them vast majority of the times we order from them. There’s been few times with long wait times or they’re short staffed and other times like today where we got our order turned out in 15 minutes. It happens. Today the food looks great and we do recomend them overall. Will update this next few times we order.

We ordered a few grinders, and a side of fries. Although we ordered double meat, there still seemed to be A LOT of bread. And the fries were soggy. If you are going to put fries in a closed container, you have to poke holes in it so the fries don’t end up soggy.

This was a waist of $50 everything was nasty with no flavor The chicken quesadilla was burnt the wings was nasty and the Pepperoni pizza had no flavor taste like cheese only!! I do not recommend this place Very disappointing!!

** Edited Review** — I wanna start off by saying the BEST part of tonight’s experience was my driver she’s awesome so this edit in no way should be viewed towards her!! So I normally enjoy the food from here but tonight was a DISASTER My fries were so burnt they were black (why you would even send food out that looked like that is beyond me) my wrap was not good I threw most of it away, the grinder was mediocre at best but at least my husband liked his pizza so hey one of us ate dinner Won’t be ordering again for awhile! When I do I’ll stick to the pizza ♀️

These fries are horrible! They are burnt and the cheese is burnt! They are regular potatoe fries and so burnt they look like sweet potato fries!!!! Horrible!!!! They taste burnt, smell burnt! I meant to order pizza time anyways!!! I swear!

I have never posted a negative review. I don’t think it’s fair to judge on one visit. That said, HORRIBLE management and negligent restaurant. I ordered gluten free from their takeout menu. They listed a flavored pizza as gluten free, but felt it unnecessary to mention, the fried and breaded chicken patty, in the ingredients. I, thinking they couldn’t possibly be that negligent, ordered and ate a few slices before realizing. When I called, I was told that they are not responsible for THEIR website. Now I get to spend the next few days sick. One would think they’d at least apologize, as the manager said though, it’s not their fault their website is wrong. I guess it’s also not relevant that they obviously can’t read or worse, just don’t care.

Ordered my usual HOT Cherry pepper and sausage pizza today 2/28. Best in town. I have tried them all. Delivery people call when arrive and are very courteous. Always hot. I call and recognize the Pizza Queens voice. Man, She’s, a pro. Love you Pizza Queen.
