been here many times. Food is always delicious. Pancakes and hash browns are my two favorites. Wife thought the Mexican omelette was delicious. Have not had a bad meal and always walkout full wait staff is always very attentive

Best breakfast anywhere. We especially love the pancakes and French toast. Lunch is great too. I usually get the hot beef, but have had great chicken strips there as well as some of the seasonal specials. Prices are VERY reasonable bordering on cheap. Crazy you can get food this good for this kind of money.

Best lutefisk dinner that I have ever had (sorry Grandmas Herland & Miles but you would have loved it too)…Lutefisk, boiled potatoes, rutabaga, clarified butter, white gravy, coleslaw (mayo based), Lefse, julekaga, butter, cranberry orange relish. Then went on to banana crème pie- nice real banana chunks, homemade (not package) pudding base, pressed but not full crumble crust. Beautiful texture, too cold and could have used more vanilla flavor in the fresh cream whip. Coffee was a disappointment, but could suffer it. Restaurant itself was crowded with lots of second generation or so Scandinavians enjoying the Monday lutefisk dinner special. Restaurant was a bit unkept as a result but understandable.

Very nice diner with a small town atmosphere . Wait staff were always nearby without hovering over us. We were there for lunch. The french fries were delicious and the lemonade was excellent! Next time we’ll try breakfast. Menu has many good choices

Everytime we eat here the wait staff is friendly and enjoyable. Majority of the time our food is hot and always delicious. The cook here, compared to other restaurant cooks, is the only one who manages to make my eggs how I like them!! But they have raised their prices recently, just a wee bit high to my thinking, but inflation is everywhere these days.

We discovered the cafe that is well know by the locals as a favorite. The place was clean, people were socially distant. Morgan provided us with excellent helpful and friendly service! They had an All Up Can Eat Fish Fry on Friday. They serve breakfast all day and had good size portions of food. All three of us gave it a 5 star rating on our food choices! The rest room was clean. We will be back! The chili was homemade and very good! Located in downtown Cambridge, Minnesota. Worth the drive. Family Friendly.

Looks like a hole in the wall. But when you get in there the food is great. Service fast and friendly, portions are huge, milkshakes are great and bathrooms are clean. Would recommend!

Waitress never came back and asked how things were I had to flag her down for more coffee. And my glass that had ice water had a big chip out of it. It wasn’t that busy when I was there so no excuse for a waitress to not come back and ask if I needed anything else.
