No dinning in, only take out. Hot and cold sandwiches, pizza and several Asian dishes. I had Teriyaki chicken and shrimp was just okay. I would like to try one of the cold sandwiches next time.

Penny’s in Troy is a hidden gem. A small family owned business I found about 10 years ago. Amazing food. My favorite is the chicken hibachi! Always fresh & hot! Prices are unbeatable & so is the amount of food you get!

A Lot to say about this restaurant. They should shorten the menu, they sell Italian, American and Asian food while sometimes mixing them aka the hibachi pizza. The subs are great, if you stop by get the steak sub it is great. The only I avoid is anything shrimp. Overall this a good cheap restaurant if you need a bite.

Really went in here craving for pizza slices, didn’t see it menu only whole pizzas. Ordered a steak sub and it was just a sub, nothing to write home about. Also not as great as Reviews claim.

We eat at Penny’s fairly often. They’ve got a good hot ham and cheese sub. A little pricey at $15 for a footlong but it’s enough to feed two adults. Coronavirus is keeping their small dining room closed right now. Only other option in Troy for a sub sandwich would be Subway . Would rather support our local businesses then a national chain. And besides their sandwich, in our opinion, is better!

The rice is my absolute favorite, their special sauce really is special and the Hibachi has that wonderful grill taste. I could eat there everyday. Highly recommend.
