Had a regular Reuben sandwich, small fries, and reg drink. Food was really good. The sandwich came out hot with plenty of meat, sauce, cheese, and kraut. Bread was decently soft. Fries were nice and crispy – no need to ask for well done. For a slow lunch crowd, the interior was fine and was kept cleanly as nice as you would expect from an establishment like this.

Posting isn’t something I do, but I am compelled to do so for this experience. First, location was filthy….the grill, the countertops etc. Employees were more focused on personal conversations opposed to the customer service experience, which led to inaccurate orders. I understand it is challenging to find employees, yet when you do, they should do the work and accountability starts from the top down. This was my second time visiting and my last time because I wanted to give them another chance. They will not get another chance. If a food inspector or corporate made a pop up visit change would probably come.

I visited this place during dinner time and was thoroughly disappointed by its cleanliness. Despite only one other customer being present, all the tables were dirty, with trash and gunk scattered on the floor and under the counters. It was clear that the establishment was not well-maintained.

It was our first visit and Austin (the guy with the red hair) was very helpful in guiding us through the menu and making suggestions. We had a cheesesteak and grilled Italian with fries. My husband always asks for extra crispy fries. They delivered!!! Best fries we’ve had in a long time. And sandwiches were good too. We’ll be back! Everyone was very friendly and competent.

Today was my first time trying Penn Station and the sandwich was absolutely fantastic. I ordered a build your own veggie. The baguette was fresh and crispy, which is a huge plus, and the veggie combo was flavorful. I will definitely go back.

This is the first time I’ve picked up food from this location and they messed up my sandwich it wasn’t busy and I asked for mushrooms only, but I got onions only and now I’m sick. I didn’t notice until I ate half the sandwich and I don’t have time to go back up there. It tasted good, don’t get me wrong, but I can’t have onions with my stomach issues. I will be back, but I will be checking my food from now on, before I leave.
