If you’re preparing food and sporting a beard you must wear a special hair-net for beards.

I like the food from here I paid $17 for only 2 sandwiches, so there prices have gone up just like other restaurants. I have stopped using the online App to order, because they don’t have the fries ready for your order and you have to wait for just that. The whole point to me in ordering the food online and getting a time to pick up is that it will be ready to pick it up and go. Instead you still have to wait. Overall the quality and service is good and this place is clean.

Wow is all I can say. I placed an order and paid online today thinking I ordered it from the Lake St Louis location to pick up. When I got there they did not have my order and I realized I ordered it from the Ofallon location, totally my mistake. Rather than driving all the way over there I reordered and paid another $12 and decided I’d call them after to see if they would refund it. When I called over there I was told I needed to cancel it through the app and the person just hung up. Since I didn’t order it through the app, I was unable to cancel the order and thought they were probably busy and I’d call back later when it wasn’t lunch time. I called back early evening and when the manager got on the phone she just stated to me that she was told they would not issue a refund. I said so I should just say you’re welcome for the $12 and she just said, yes I guess so. So Penn Station, I paid $24 today for a Regular sub. You’re welcome, keep it and I will take my business elsewhere!

I came in to the shop to get a sub, the staff was warm and welcoming. I got a Philly with lettuce, tomato and mayo (my personal favorite) with their great fries. Everything was hot and made quickly to order. Highly recommend stopping in!

Who can top the Philly Cheesesteak at Penn Station and not require a trip to Geno’s? This place serves up hot, fresh food every time. Gotta love it!

Much better quality than some of their competitors (e.g., Subway) with larger portion sizes. However, it can be a little pricey. For example, a large cheese steak sandwich with extra meat will run about $18, but I’ve paid that much in a sit-down restaurant for a much less satisfying sandwich. I’m not a big fan of their fries, but I still give them 5 of 5 stars because I think the sandwiches are that good.

Just got home after getting my order. A 12 inch chicken cordon blue, 9 inch blt, small order of fries and a medium order of fries. Paid $31. Got home and I’m missing an order of fries. I knew i should have checked before leaving. But when places are paying teenagers and adults $15 an hour, you’d expect better quality control. Apparently not. I won’t be back!!! Waste of money!!! Oh and an update after unwrapping my chicken cordon bleu. There’s tomatoes on it. Never asked for tomatoes Seriously it wasn’t busy and it’s not hard to take and read an order!
