The food is great however the girl preparing food dropped her spatula and instead of grabbing a new one she only ran a slight splash on tap water on the spatula and proceeded to touch the food being prepared with the dirty spatula. As soon as this happened I notified the manager up front and she had an attitude about having to remake food that she touched with a dirty spatula… I hate that I had to give this wonderful place 1 star over 1 employees bad hygiene but if she thought that was acceptable than who knows what else she would allow…

The people there were friendly and attentive to detail. Food was delicious and amazing! The workers were sweet and worked well together. All the women were careful and considerate with the food, and patient with me as well would definitely go here again! 100% recommend.

Coming into the establishment you are not acknowledged. You’re just left standing there while the lady cooking has her ear piece in.I had to speak to the guy taking my order. His response was dry with a flat affect. The guy who took the order came from the back took our order didn’t wash his hands and put gloves on to fix our sandwiches. Two different customers came in after us and I told them where to go to order because I knew they were not going to acknowledge them. Food was good though and contaminated.

My order was taken by Tegan I have seen her at the Lindbergh and Watson location, she is one of the most pleasant employees I have ever meet. She is always so sweet and kind. My family and I have been coming to this location for at least 7 years. The staff has always been so kind, full of energy and helpful. The most recent time I came in, the staff was far from that unfortunately. I called ahead to place an order to be picked up as I was driving toward the location. The phone rang for about 2 minutes and finally, when an employee picked, all I got was “Please hold” and then, I’m assuming, the phone was just placed down as I could here all the noise in the background. After being on hold for around 10-15 minutes, I actually arrived at the location. When I walked in, still on hold mind you, there were a few customers in the store, but nothing that looked like someone couldn’t have taken my order over the phone. After ordering, in store now, I finally hung up the phone (still on hold!!!)
