Ordered online. The fries were subpar compared to what we usually receive when eating at Penn Station. They were soggy, soft, and overall unenjoyable. My turkey sandwich was good, and i recommend the whole grain bread with any sandwich. However, I ordered a bunch of ingredients, including pizza sauce for my husband’s cheesesteak sandwich; and only received two extra ingredient of cheese and mayo. Definitely did not come with pizza sauce. Very disappointed in his order, especially because we usually receive a correct order. I don’t think we’ll be back to this particular location.

Placed an online order showed up to chaos behind the counter. All the employees seemed angry and some were using foul language. After about 5 minutes of standing at the pickup register I was finally greeted and given my sandwich that was sitting on top of an appliance. It was cold and soggy plus I ordered no banana pepper or tomatoes and got extra of both. Pretty disappointing for a $13 sandwich. I am allergic to banana peppers so the sandwich is trash now. Will never return to this location worth the few extra minute drive to go to the Dorsett location

Came in on my lunch break. Keisha was who served me and her customer service was horrible. She was so rude for what reason I don’t know. All I did was order my food and it was Tropicana fruit punch in my water and I asked her if this was the only place that they had water and she turned her back on me and didn’t even answer. She already had miscounted my money as she thought I gave her extra money and was ready to give me change even though I gave her exact money and saved her from shorting her drawer. I asked her what her name was and she said verbatim “I DONT GIVE OUT MY NAME”. If this is how penn station is going to do business I can keep my money even though my family of 5 loves it. I will not be treated any kind of way. I can go else where

This place is an absolute disgrace. Employees fighting and arguing with each other. After standing at the register for several minutes young female with a horrible attitude takes my order all while yelling at fellow Employees and giving me an attitude for being there trying to purchase something. Then had to wake the other employee up in the dining room to cook. Need to close this place down!

Hopefully management see this review.. well tonight around 710pm I was the only person in Penn Station placing an order. Well there was this nice guy who took my order and made my food. I even watched him put it on the toaster before he stepped away from his work area. We’ll they must’ve had a new guy workering to wrap sandwiches and bag them. And this is where it went wrong a crowd of people came and all these sandwiches started being made. I literally watched my sandwich come out the toaster and I told the new guy who couldn’t properly wrap sandwiches that mines was ready. Well he turned to me and rudely said nun of these sandwiches are yours and threw them all in a bag. I’m a cardiac tech at mercy in the ICU and I have been bussing my butt off all day with critical I’ll patients and monitoring their heart and then I get here straight from work to deal with rude behavior after I watched him put my sandwich in another person bag wasn’t trying to figure out what i had or bothered to remake it.. Well here comes the good part these two young ladies literally asked me what i had and hurried up as fast as they could to remake my sandwich and they even threw some fries in there for my inconvenience. These two young ladies showed great customer services and I left as a pleased customer. We need more people like them.

They weren’t crowed but service was slow and could have been friendlier. The atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming. My sandwich was good though.

Have not eaten here in quite awhile. Philly was good but the peppers overtook the sandwich and I had to pick them off. Lemonade and fries were delicious. Will go back but will definitely tell them no peppers next time!
