Used a BOGO coupon and the Dagwood sandwiches were very good. Will try a different sandwich the next time – they all sounded tasty. Didn’t care for the French fries – will skip those from now on. It was a very clean restaurant and the employees were friendly and efficient.

My usual place to eat while working in Arnold was closed due to an electrical issue and I had met a friend there. We tried to figure out where else to go and I saw there was a Penn Station. Their cheesesteak is fantastic. We both loved what we ordered and as usual, their lemonade was fantastic!

The food isn’t the problem, it’s the rude guy who took and made my order. I was nice and friendly, but he was a huge grouch. The BOGO is a great coupon. Will try the Fenton location next time. I try to over look crabby service, but sometimes I just can’t. He also made the order wrong.

At 6pm the printer-sign on door said: “Because of staffing, we will be closed at 8 instead of 10pm.” Training new associates was definitely going on, as I had to wait extraordinary amount of time for a chicken teriyaki sandwich that had deficient teriyaki sauce and hardly any of the mushrooms and onions I ordered to go.

Good food, great lemonade. They forgot part of my togo order and when I noticed and went back to get it, they started making a fresh one (along with an extra one also) as soon as I pulled up before I even got into the store. They apologized profusely and did all they could to make up for it before I even said anything.

Boy has Penn Station changed since the last time I was there. The lady at the register seemed in a bad mood and acted as though she hated her job. Short and Snappy with what’s your name, dinning in or taking out, grilled or cold, I asked for a tea as well and she snapped and said, order that at the next register. Both our subs were lacking meat and mine was covered in Mayo (yuck). The fries we were served were all little pieces like they were using the bottom of the bowl of rejects and the place was dirty and dark. We will not be back!!

Went there on a Sunday night at 7:20 to pick up a couple of Ruben for a quick dinner but they were already closed. Huge disappointment. The website said open and the two guys inside were cleaning up and didn’t answer the phone. This was at the Arnold location. If you say you’re open til 8 then be open otherwise say open til 6 or 7 and I’m fine with that. It’s a matter of principle. Another person stopped by 10 min after I did, while I’m writing this review, and was also disappointed.

Came to get some sandwiches an hour before they close and the doors are locked a worker comes up and says they are closed while the open sign is still lit up. I asked him if the hours of service are correct and proceeds to ignore me and walks away. Very rude and very lazy workers.
