This is my first time having Penn station. It was fantastic. The customer service was impeccable. The quality of bread and meets and cheeses was more than I had expected. All in all I have to say if you get a chance to go to Penn station go to the one in Danville because they are fantastic.

One of the staff members (Jacob I believe was his name) went above and beyond to makes sure I got my food and it was well made while I was stressed and my infant was crying. He was patient, kind, empathetic, and made sure the order was right and brought it outside to me so my crying baby didn’t have a chance to bother others.

I got a chicken teriyaki that was pretty good. Their fries probably would have been good if they weren’t cold and sitting for a while. **hint*** make fresh fries.

Came in to order lunch. Internet went down in multiple businesses nearby and the store couldn’t take a credit card. Had no cash on hand and the manager comped the meal even though the situation was not their fault at all. Really kind gesture. Food was well prepared and tasty. I’ll be back.

Used to be great but they’ve went downhill. They’re rarely open for the hours they’re “supposed” to be open, and for nearly a month their fryer was down. I complained about an experience a while back and no one bothered to reach out. I guess it’s one less place I have to worry about dining out at!
