Great cheese steaks, fries on the other hand were not good. Soggy, limp, and no seasoning. Which sucks since the subs was great. But 50 bucks spent on 2 sandwiches and 2 fries and then I can’t eat the fries because they were so bad. Think if I go again I won’t be getting the fries. Lol. Staff was nice, and fast. Place was clean.

Honestly, wish I could give less than a star. And this is tough to say because I have gone to this location before and been extremely pleased with the staff and the quality of food. Tonight, my family and I ordered 2 sandwiches, a wrap, and a salad. I made sure to set the pick up with about 30 minutes after ordering (thinking this would be enough) and had walked in to staff that barely remember making my order (let alone hardly wanted to pay attention). I sat and waited 20 minutes for my food and by the time I had gotten to my car I realized they forgot a sandwich. I watched as a man and woman tried to order food and the person working the register could not figure it out, but no manager was to be found to help out. Orders were piling up and there was a lack of care to complete them. By this time I am over being in the building any longer. The good news: they made the missing sandwich. But, upon returning home it was almost comical to see the food that was presented to us. The salad? You might as well weigh 60 pounds because thats all it would feed, barely filled the bowl and definitely did not have extra meat. And the wrap was quite slim, especially when we also ordered extra veggies and meat.

Ordered a chicken parm sandwich, bread on the sandwich was limp and tasted like it wasn’t finished baking, the mushrooms and onions had a rubbery texture, and the fries that came with the sandwich tasted burnt but were still floppy and soggy.

This place definitely has its issues I understand it’s difficult finding quality employees that gives a d*mn about the service they’re providing to their customers but the girl with the brace on her leg (i assume she’s a manager) is a sweet girl and does a really good job. It’s evident she definitely picks up the slack of the others which probably won’t last along until she gets burnt out and finds a better place to work with better employees and a better atmosphere. But if you deal with her it’s definitely a good customer experience hopefully they can keep her around and find others like her to duplicate and increase the overall quality.

My first time eating there. I had to wait a little longer than I expected to get my food. On the upside the workers were all very nice and helpful. They even have a flat screen and ANNABELLE was showing so I was entertained until I got my food. Lol. Their sandwiches are delicious and they are loaded with meats and veggies!
