The subs are very expensive and small, mine was about 2 inches wide not enough bread to cover the meat. And it wasn’t 12 inches like we ordered. It was about 10 at best. The staff were very rude. They acted like they were on drugs. They missed most of the toppings we asked for $36.00 for 2 small drinks and little subs!

Absolutely love this place. They were busy, and the 2 guys running the spot did what they had to do and did well. It was worth it. Most amazing cheesesteak. We had them without the pizza sauce. It was great !!!

Penn Station use to be one of my favorite spots to eat but the food quality has declined the last couple of times ordering from this location (Frandor). I did an online order for a chicken philly and asked for extras such as onions and mayo and received NO mayo. The bread was hard as a brick and the sandwich was so dry…I ended up throwing it away. Good thing Lefty’s sandwiches is in the area and are consistent. I will definitely be going there from now on when I have a craving for a good Philly sandwich because Penn Station (Frandor) isn’t good anymore.

I wish I would have taken a picture of what they decided was a sandwich. The fries were hard as a rock. And the salad. $9.29 for about 2 cups of lettuce, if that, and maybe 2-4 ounces of diced chicken. Let me not forget, they fulfilled 5 orders after they gave me my sandwich, before they gave us the picture salad.

This was my first time here. To start off with, the employees definitely need more training in customer service. They were not friendly or have a positive attitude. The sandwiches were so small for the amount of money they charge. Fries were hard and burnt. The cheesy bread they spreaded pizza sauce all over it. Disgusting. The lemonade is definitely not fresh squeezed. They lied! It was premade. Very disappointing. To say the least 2 subs, cheesy bread and lemonade was $40. Overpriced!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!

So I’ve always loved their philly cheesesteak sandwiches. But their fries at this specific location are always burnt/hard and overcooked. At other locations the fries are always fresh and taste great. So unfortunately we don’t eat here anymore because of the fries. Hopefully they will fix this problem soon.

2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks, ….$50 if it were better than subway that may be acceptable. Fries soggy when handed to me, subs were saoked in mustard, and even the parts that werent covered in mustard …were… okay. High price for okay.

My artichoke sub was adequate, my husband’s teriyaki chicken sub had no tetiyaki was chicken+cheese–the younger woman who brought out our food was super polite and brought out more mayo that i asked for, the guy who took our order was not friendly at all, my husband and I were the only order in there, the place was empty and it took about 15 minutes for our subs to come out! Not sure why

Sorry, not sorry, this is by far the worst Penn Station I’ve ever been to. I really like it here but their sandwiches tasted like hate. Where’s the love? Customer service, nah. The lemonade and cookies were good.
