Amazing French fries! Great veg subs and they’re nice about substitutions. Really good food! Only down side, each time I’ve been in the floor it really slippery- like coated with an oily substance, even in restroom. But it’s worth it just step carefully.

Had a great experience here! Brought the kids here after running some errands. Kaivon was Great & was very kind to my kids. Food was out promptly and hot. I wish they had a location close to commerce

Our go to for subs for the past several years. A little higher priced, but worth it. The French fries are the absolute tastiest I’ve ever had, and the freshly squeezed lemonade is spectacular.

I love Penn station more than other sub places but the prices and amount of food u recieve for the price has gone dramatically in the wrong direction.. the amount of fries they put in the bag should be considered straight robbery..and honestly not worth it..

Very polite staff, especially Evelyn, even when they are slammed they treat the customers respectfully and get orders out efficiently. Many places are short staffed and overwhelmed right now but despite being a very busy lunch spot they make quality sandwiches.

First time visiting. We ordered online and went to pick it up. We ordered large Italian and large chicken cordon Bleu toasted subs. I don’t usually like French fries but these fries were fresh, hot and a little addictive. The lemonade was cold and delicious. Everything was so good! We will definitely be back to try some other subs.

This is seriously way overpriced!!! Why don’t you have sweetea if you have unsweetened tea? Is the people that are watching these reviews are going to ask me for more and debt detail? I think you know what you’re talking about today. Subway is way bigger and still there expensive but they’re not Cost almost $20 for unlimited a small thing of fries and a Sandwich that’s medium.

Bought a large Chicken Teriyaki sub for $14.50. Felt very light so I opened it up – there’s barely any meat – it’s 90% bread – for $14.50!!! Lol

One evening we observed two different employees handle trash containers, trash bags, door handles and floor runners before going back around behind counter to put together food order for customers that were ahead of us in line. We had to one of the employees to change their gloves before handing our order. We can’t bring ourselves to return back so unfortunate because it was one our favorite sub shop.
