Update: we ate here again and they got our order correct this time. It was really good and they made the food very quickly.

This place just can’t get it right. Every single time (6 to be exact) my order is wrong. It’s either not grilled or has the wrong condiments. One time I took it back for them to correct it and make it grilled and when I got home 25 minutes later I realized they made it with only lettuce when it was supposed to be without lettuce. Obv I was too far away to take it back at this point. Today they gave me a wrap instead of regular white bread. Also, here’s a picture of them closing 30 minutes early and refusing to unlock the door for a customer. And don’t bother responding to their offer to contact them directly about your complaint as that will go unacknowledged.

I’m not pleased with my experience at the Jasper IN location at all. Me and the person I went to the restaurant with were the first people to order and somehow the two orders behind us got their order before we got ours. While waiting I could see that my order had been half prepared and then left to sit. I understand things happen so I wasn’t really bothered by that but when my order finally had gotten back to being made, I heard the one female employee tell the other male employee, “just put the stuff on there, it doesn’t matter what it looks like”, that frustrated me. Then when I got home and opened my order it wasn’t correct. I checked the receipt and it had shown exactly what I requested. I took it back in and let them know that my order was not correct. After she took my sandwich the male employee asked what was wrong and, in a very snarky tone loud enough for everyone to hear, she said “pickle…not tomato”. Instead of making me a new sandwich she just removed what should not have been on there and added what should have been. I know this because I still found remnants of what I strongly did NOT want on my order, in my sandwich. Just to top it off it looked like a sloppy mess by the time she had dug threw it and then added what was needed. I will not be returning.

I ordered a Reuben sandwich. They have no rye bread! Ok, I chose the multi grain bread. My large sandwich had no meat within 2 inches of either end of the sandwich. You have some work to do! The sandwich was hot and tasted good but it was NOT a Reuben.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Penn Station East Coast Subs and indulged in their Founder’s Special with grilled onions. Let me tell you, it was a mouthwatering experience that left me craving more. The sandwich bore a striking resemblance to a classic Philly cheesesteak, and the flavors did not disappoint. The combination of tender, thinly sliced beef, perfectly grilled onions, and a generous helping of melted cheese made for a truly delightful sandwich.

I ordered two sandwiches pay cash and only received one sandwich. I pay in cash. I do not have the opportunity for them to credit back my credit card. I paid $27 for one sandwich I don’t think so I will never go back to this location.

Sandwiches and fries are great! Service was friendly, but slow and staffing was minimal. The store also could have been a little cleaner, but it’s hard to keep up when you’re understaffed.

My last two experiences, a Sunday afternoon and a Thursday afternoon, were both the rudest I’ve had in this town. And that’s saying something. I’m usually very willing to give a place a chance again. But the woman with glasses was a gossipy, rude and unpleasant woman, and the whole staff exudes contempt for customers taking them away from leaning on counters or picking at their nails. I’m not going back even tho there’s not much else good sandwich wise around here. I was excited for them and went regularly back home. But Jasper could do without a place where the manager obviously only hires one type of person. Copy cats of rude. Really disappointing.

Penn Station focuses on excellent quality bread and delicious fries! I am glad they have come to Jasper. The dining hall is small, but adequate for a quick lunch! This is a made to order sub chain, so be prepared to be a few extra minutes as opposed to a Subway type (but definitely worth the wait!)

They gave me the wrong bread. I waited 30 minutes whenThere was only 1 person ahead of me so this was uncalled for. They also gave me no pizza sauce as I had requested.
