I haven’t been there in several years, the floor had oil or grease on the whole floor everywhere, it was very slick with a oil film on it. Its like it needed mopped with some degreaser, all the tables were dirty and had a oil film on them also, there was one other customer in the store, so it wasn’t like they was to busy to clean tables, i got a regular size philly cheesesteak that didn’t have much meat on it, i got more bread then meat for 9 bucks, the fries were soggy and not fully cooked, i had a sweet tea to drink that was weak and tasted watered down, it might be several years before i go back

Came in for monthly special, turkey club w.bacon. was going to order online due to the backed up line, and saw the wrap as an option. Upon making my order the manager tells me it’s Penn Station procedure and the chose their wording carefully. However, the wrap is an option on the website, just not for me? I let it go even though i am looking at it on the app, the manager remained steadfast with no.The guy behind me picks up where I left off, agreeing with me as I attempted to show the manager the app again. Too much wasted energy. I am not fully decided on if I should be offended or not. The guy behind me left out first. My sandwich was made and just sat there. Insult to injury, asker for malt vinegar and was given ketchup. Terrible customer service!!!!

First of all, one star because there is no place for zero stars. Ordered 3 items and all three were horrible. Cheesesteak had no condiments which it was suppose to have mushrooms, banana peppers, mayo and onions. Snack size Chicken Cordon Bleu had mostly sloppy condiments and very little meat which was old and hard, only about 3 small chunks of chicken and the ham was overcooked. Bread for both sandwiches was hard. The fries were full of grease and withered except for the bottom of the container which had burnt, hard, crunchy scraps that were hard enough to cut the roof of one’s mouth. And to top it off, when I called to speak with the manager, he kept talking over me as I tried to explain my issue with the food, so I asked him to let me finish talking so he hung up on me. But that’s ok because I’m going to let their corporate office know what type of employees they have representing their company and I will be posting a copy of this on my page, their social media page and their corporate page. I got all the way home and noticed my order was not correct, called right away at about 830. Worker mentioned if I came The next day they would replace my meal free of charge. I called today to place the “re-make order “ and apparently the boss (Zach) said they can’t replace it unless they have the original sandwich. This was not mentioned to me and they should have honored their word, being the restaurant closes at 9pm and they gave INCORRECT Information. I’m in business and if I give my word to a customer rather it’s wrong or not I’ll stand by it. Inconvenience all around. Will not be back to this location. The only good thing here is the employee Dannielle, she should be running this place!!

I got a chicken teriyaki and large fries. The fries here are already way overpriced and I got mine and they weren’t even done yet. Not brown at all not crispy at all. Still white and mushy. Will not be recommending this location to anyone.

While I really like Penn Station, this particular shop tried to scam me by telling my order hadn’t come through. It turned out they had finished my order, and they were trying to convince me my bank would remove the balance I already paid to them for my original order after I would have paid for my new order.
