I had the Turkey bacon ranch sub and it was terrible. For starters my bacon sandwich was made with just a single piece of bacon. Secondly it was extremely salty. I drank half a liter of water and there was still a salty aftertaste. Lastly the sandwich ingredients were very slippery and made the sandwich difficult to eat. There are much better places nearby to get a sandwich.

I ordered through UberEATS a snack cheese steak , small fries and a cookie. The cookie was the only thing that wasn’t good. The Fries were overcooked, stale and it more mustard on my sandwich than meat, cheese and mushrooms. Will not be ordering again especially through UberEATS.

Awesome food and service! Very friendly staff! Randy is a great leader and his staff do a great job. My food was outstanding! I live in Cleveland. Best Penn Station I have ever been too! Tried the rueben sandwich. The meat was very high quality. Definitely getting it again!! Yum!!

I came into town late and needed somewhere that was open to get food before checking into my hotel. Thankfully, this place was open, and the cashier/grill worker was very helpful in getting something good from the menu.

Horrible experience just now!! The Cook was great but the other girl there was very rude for no reason! I ordered my food and when it was done she had an nasty attitude and said here and tossed my food on the counter and all I did was order food I wasn’t rude to this girl or anything I left there thinking are they maybe close to closing and maybe she’s upset I came in? I don’t know but it was definitely not necessary to treat a paying customer like that, if she doesn’t enjoy her job than maybe she should find another

They took my order quickly and cooked it very fast. My sub is delicious as always. All the ingredients are fresh, their kitchen and place looked really clean. All the employees are professional and friendly.

I love Penn station, but this location at the end of the night is horrible. I order a 12′ chicken teriyaki no onion no mushrooms and ended up getting a 12-inch chicken teriyaki soaked loaf of bread. Then try to make it out as if I’m tripping cause I ask for it remade. But settle for just some fresh bread so I didn’t have to wait another 15 ta 20 minutes. If I could have given 0 stars I would have due to the service of this location. And the fact they basically Made me feel as if they was calling me a lair.
