Need to get with the times every other sub shop has gluten free bread. Atleast have some steak & cheese fries. I won’t be back b/c there’s nothing for me to eat here on the menu. Gluten free people are tired of salads.

We went through the drive-thru to pick up our food. We always have to wait for our fries because they make them fresh, which is great. However, the fries are never cooked all the way when we order from this location. That and there is tons of grease on the fries, so much so that it soaks through the fry container AND the bag. I now have a grease stain on the passenger seat of my car. To make it worse, the fries didn’t even taste good. They were grease soaked and mushy. On the plus side, or subs were made properly and tasted good.

Stopped at Penn station on my way home from work. They were not that busy one customer in the building waiting for food. As soon as I walked in the employees were talking and then they stopped talkin and nobody said one word to me while I waited at the cashier for about 6 to 7 minutes I did see that they had a lot of Togo. Still didn’t understand why not one of the four people spoke to me and say they’ll be with me. Very rude and unprofessional will never come back and I will definitely tell people not to go for this type of treatment towards customers. This incident happened May 11th 2023 at 7:45 pm She finally turned around in a condescending voice and ask what did I want I told her nothing I’m leaving and explain to her why would anybody want to order food from this establishment when four people can’t even greet a customer when they’re standing in front of them. By far one of the rudest places I’ve been to in a long time never will go back!!!

Excellent customer service. Served me 30 mins before store opened. Walked in the door didn’t realize it was closed and without hesitation they made my order. I was leaving and realized they didn’t have to do that! We don’t get service like this anymore. Keep up the smiles and good energy!
