I went into this place ordered a large Philly *didn’t eat it so i dont know how the food was* I also ordered 6 cookies. The young man cashing me out said to his manager that he was now out of cookies, I kinda giggled and said I’m sorry my kids love these cookies. He continued to say, “your kids hah, you mean you” of course he mumbled it, it wasn’t strait to my face but I told he he was being rude. His co-worker agreed he was being rude. I asked to speak to the manager and all the manager did was tell me he would talk to him. I walked out of this place in tears, and will never return!

The food was great. Ordered cheese steak, fries and lemonade for my son and I. The staff was nice. The cash register terminal was not working correctly where you could not sign for your credit card transaction but the charge still went through, albeit slowly. Had to remind them we ordered a beverage but other than these 2 issues it was a good experience. Would recommend people go here to eat.

I ordered 2 phillysteak sandwichs, been waiting for 30 minutes for my food, other people that ordered after me already got their food, staff( 2 the females) keeps disappearing in back and then reappearing just goofing off. they were not busy at all either.

Staff was friendly and fast but I have learned now not to order onions and peppers…if you do they overload the sandwich down to the point where it becomes an onion sandwich with very little meat or chicken. I ordered three times and I thought maybe it was an untrained employee…but all three times at $30 a order for the family…just chill on the onions..which I love but 6lbs of onions on one sandwich is over kill!!!
