Ever since the new manager took over about a year ago, this place is running in tip top shape. Efficient service that’s personable, and they do their best to do it on a first name basis. Taryn and Daniel are managers that work well as a team, and make sure their crew do too. Never walked in here without leaving with a satisfied belly and a smile! 10 out of 10 recommend guys!

Carlos and Morgan make a great team !! They work well together , they greeted in a timely manner made our food on time and there kindness just earned my heart. The place was clean including the bathrooms I felt as if I was receiving fresh food with friendly service. Carlos said he makes the best lemonade and he was RIGHT!!!!! Our sandwiches were juicy , hot, and soaking with yumminess!!! I would need the two of them making my food every time I go in. You have to come here I guarantee you’ll be satisfied and more!! All penn station sandwiches taste different , but I can make this location our new home please try and leave a comment under my review!! They over exceeded my expectations

So I tried again at the same location to order for lunch and ended up with the littlest LARGE chix hoagie and burnt, old, yucky fries! The chicken was nothing like a chicken hoagie should be and was the sloppiest bag of food ever!! Sorry but I won’t be returning to this store or DoorDash or Uber eats. Really disappointing when u have 30 mins to eat at lunch and you pay $23 for this!

Christian was nothing but smiles and high spirits while receiving my order. Also I’ll like to add due to his exceptional customer service skills he upsold me on a drink and cookie. I interrupted my diet plans without hesitation lol!! Having a cookie was the furthest thing from my mind. Also I noticed that Dan and Josh were actually wearing gloves while preparing and cooking the food!! I had to go and thank them immediately for this conscious gesture!! They care enough about the people to conduct safe practices. That means a lot to me. Hannah was very polite as she was helping package the food. The entire team was outstanding. Will definitely make this my go Penn Station going forward!! Thank you team!

Upon entering I was greeted by two of the workers; Dave and Josh. They were very formal, calling me, “sir” and saying they “appreciate” me many times. I asked for a steak and cheese and fries and soon was brought out to me; in which I said they could have called my name and I could have got up myself. Dave insisted to bring it out to me and complimented my shirt. The sub was wonderful, especially the bread. The fries were a bit too soft for me and used condiments to make up for it. Besides the mayonnaise packets being a bit too hard to open, the whole experience was great and exchanged goodbyes with the staff.

Hey this is overall all the best Penn station.. First off when we came in the lady was very nice and welcome us in. This is our first time at this location. The cook Tony was very clean and nice .
