My wife and I just got done eating the cheesesteak and it was literally the best sandwich we’ve had from a restaurant in a VERY long time. The employees at this location know exactly what they’re doing. The restaurant was very clean, employees were friendly, the food was amazing, everything was perfect! This will be the only location I’ll be visiting from now on.

Terrible experience. Placed an order on July 4th and paid for it (couldn’t find anything that said they weren’t open, and nothing when we called multiple times saying they were closed, phones just rung and rung). Next night, we just tried to get them to make our order, and we’re told they couldn’t do that and we have to speak to the owner Steve Moore the next day. Now dealing with this for at least 3 days for something that should have been avoided by simply posting that they were closed, or turned off online ordering like other Penn Stations did in the area. We’re aware they’re franchised, so we thought this location decided to stay open. Extremely frustrating, and we will never use this location again. I would avoid if I were you as well. Rude employees, extremely unhelpful manager, and no one seemed to care that we were out $30 with no food. Extremely disappointing.

Horrible experience. Called my order in, the guy didn’t seem competent over the phone. When I picked it up it wasn’t ready then the two guys working kept joking around so much I had to repeat myself 3 times. No greeting either. Got my sandwich home and it wasn’t wrapped all the way, it was smashed and broken up and half the meat etc. had fallen off into the wrapper. Which is probably why they kept laughing with each other. Looks like they might’ve dropped it or stepped on it. The manager there seems to be the only one who knows what he’s doing. Usually this place is pretty good, but the crew tonight working the register end seemed to be very much the spectrum, or at least pretending to be.

Got to 6 inch subs corned beef there was not very much meat and I do not eat bread and the lady that worked there was very nice she said that I can order my sandwich over a salad and we ordered some pickles and they are not very good we split a medium fries which is very generous
