I gave the one star because my food was good. The workers there are awful. Completely unprofessional. The man Infront of me only came there for cookies and there were no cookies ready nor were the workers even making them. Too busy laughing at the man who asked for them. As I was attempting to give my order to the man the woman working with him kept laughing interrupting me. Ghetto, trashy, unprofessional. Don’t recommend for anyone.

No one was what I would say eager to be friendly. There was a lot of talking among employees not regarding business. Two ladies were talking about men. The gal who bagged my Philly cheese steaks didn’t even asked if I wanted anything else on them. She just announced my name and handed me my order and continued to talk with the other gal. I rarely get to stop at this location but it was normal considering it’s hard to find good help these days, anywhere! So I understand! Food was good and will still return.

My favorite cheese steak in Cincy, but this downtown location seemed a little off. The sandwich was for some reason sub par to every other location visit I’ve ever made. This is usually a 5 star rating for the food.

Worst penn station in Cincinnati…. I Routinely eat three in Cincinnati, and they get three to four stars depending. But this one we used as a stop between museums looking for three types of snacks. A cookie, the lemonade and some french fries. They were out two of them and the third. It was a 21 minute wait for prepping another batch of potatoes, or at least that’s what we were told… But the people were friendly. Store was clean and even apologetic for not having what we wanted. Don’t need this location anymore

Pretty standard as far as Penn Stations go. Obviously the associated issues with location unless you’re already here due to it being downtown. But there is street parking, a parking lot around the corner and it’s right on the bus stop. So for being downtown it’s pretty accessible.
