Tried giving this place a chance again after multiple orders in the past being messed up. Of course, place an order online, showed up 10 mins after pick up, waited another 10 for order to be ready. The food is great, staff consistently sucks.

On my fourth consecutive visit, I got a cheesesteak with an extremely tiny serving of steak. What really bothered me was that I noticed the line cooks make an exact same order before mine that was loaded to the top with steak, but mine was all bread with chunks of steak here and there.

Great place to grab a sub. Food was delicious, the ingredients tasted fresh and the sub well toasted. We ordered a few subs and they were prepared quickly. Restaurant was clean.

Dined al fresco. Very nice and friendly service. Great sandwiches and the best french fries

Fries a lil well done, but the oil and vinegar dripping from my Philly Cheese steak compensated! We only eat Penn Station about once a year… I always enjoy it, the hubby not so much. ❤❤❤

The bread was cut all the way through so the filling kept falling out. The fries are terrible. The oil needs changed or they cooked them too long. They were really dark and gross. What a waste of $22.

Agree with other reviews on here regarding serving size. I ordered two large sandwiches via door dash and medium fry. Order was over $40. Food arrives and to my disappointment the sandwiches were very thin. For a moment I literally thought the contents were missing. Opened it up and there lies a thin layer of steak and onions. Incredibly disappointing and frankly a rip off for a $18 sub. Won’t bother ordering here anymore… Sad since we love PS.

25 minute wait for carry out (2 sandwiches and a large fry). Other customers who came in after me as a party of 3 had their food before me, which seemed a bit odd. (The manager took over the grill and suddenly things moved more expediently.) The dark-haired female cashier was extremely good at her job bouncing between the register, bread, and checking on final steps of the order/passing out orders to customers. It shouldn’t have taken her to do three different stations/jobs for food to get out of the kitchen in a quick manner. Overall the meal was delicious due to the high quality ingredients, but don’t expect quick service.

The manger was helpful to her team and had good customer skills. The young man who made my sandwich was friendly, polite, professional and courteous. The sandwich was excellent and fries very good. The sweet tea was also good however the sierra mist on this partcular day tasted like mildew.
