Worst experience ever this location has made penn station a no for me

Great hot sandwiches. Everything is made to order and expect 5-10 minutes to receive your food. Fresh squeezed lemonade and hand cut fries are a great pairing to any sandwich. There’s usually a table to sit at even around the lunch hour.

Awesome! Ladies behind the counter and grill were personable and friendly. I think the one was the manger and she seemed to treat her team very well too which is so important for employee morale.

I use to work there no smile really mean cold food long wait time for the fresh cut fries and dirty floors trash everywhere unbelievable how they treated the customers at the door the experience didn’t make me want to ever come back I used to luv that place and my job but I see that’s how they felt about me anyways I’m just not seeing it

The food was good. The service was horrible and rude. Soda area was a mess. Lady taking orders was very rude and in rush like she did not have time for us. We watched a couple walk out and go to five guys next door after waiting almost five minutes for order to be taken or even acknowledged and another couple stood there about 6 minutes before they were acknowledged. Staff was also throwing around f-bomb to very loud music that was turned on partway through our meal. I felt like it was their way of saying time to go. This was our first experience at Penn State and because of it we will not go back to that one again.

This is probably one of the best Penn Stations I have visited. The service was great and the food was even better. I would definitely recommend this location, and would visit again the next time I’m in Cleveland.

We had a good experience at this Penn Station Subs location! The food was excellent! The service was good, and the dining room was clean! We will be back!

They greeted me right away wheelchair-accessible handicap parking right up front clean environment atmospheres great. But the only thing I didn’t like is when they said that they try to find me while they didn’t do a good job cuz I was right out front of the door on a bench smoking a cigarette talking to a friend or my phone so yeah they didn’t do a good job on finding me that’s the only thing they didn’t do a good job on. Lol. But now it’s an exceptional place I love it.

Food is always good, employees are quick and efficient but it’s definitely loud with the cashier having to yell the number and size of the fries down the line. For a lunch or even dinner not bad… But between the employees yelling what they need to and ESPN sports center being in the TV usually it’s not a conducive environment to leisurely spend time.

Instead of inside working making this place nice to eat, you guys are outside smoking with a bunch of people laying on top of a white Charger. This is why you don’t hire kids. They need to be supervised
