I was there with my family after spending all morning at the Cleveland Clinic and the 4 of us all ordered subs and French fries. When the lady worker brought our food out to us it was nice and hot. Quick service with online ordering. Fries were hot and cooked perfectly. The wrap was on the stale side during one visit but nice and soft during our second visit a week later. My grilled turkey Dagwood was delicious both times. The bread is a crusty on the edges but soft on the inside. Good portion sizes on the meat and toppings. The cookies are a bit overdone but soft and full of chocolate; definitely recommend getting a cookie with your sub.

continues to prepare tasty sandwiches and wraps . For my lunch I enjoyed a medium Chicken Parmesan sandwich with onion & mushroom , fruit punch and a small fry . It took maybe 10mins to cook after ordering. This location gets a rush around lunch time. The space is spotless and the workers were deft. Good eats

The Penn Station East Coast Subs location on Chester Ave in Cleveland is decent but not spectacular. Penn Station offers a number of hearty looking menu options but the amount of filling that is served at this location is on the stingier end. I was hoping for more chicken on my chicken teriyaki sub. Plus, the sub was a little bland taste-wise; the teriyaki flavor was almost non-existent. However, the fries with the malt vinegar were pretty good. The environment was clean, and the service was decent.

Four years ago I gave this place a 4 star rating. Now my rating has dropped to 1 star, and that’s due to customer service. The manager Eric was quite rude over the phone. He jumped to conclusions without even letting me tell him what I actually needed. He thought I wanted to alter my order, when all I wanted to do was adjust to a later time. I arrived at the restaurant and my order wasn’t even near ready, and he had an attitude. Very unprofessional. I’m a medical professional so I order my food ahead of time due to my clinic needs. Although the other staff was great! So polite, and greeted me with a smile. Even though the manager was unprofessional and I had a longer than expected wait time, the food was still delicious as always. In conclusion customer service is everything and that’s what my rating was based off of. I almost lost my appetite from the way Eric treated me, but the other staff made me feel better.
