I do like the sandwiches but salads? Never again. $9.25 for a pile of bagged lettuce and a slice or two of turkey?

My cheesesteak was really good. There was plenty of meat and lots of toppings. The fries were cooked just the right amount time and had the correct amount of salt. The workers were friendly and quickly and accurately prepared my order.

First try, subs and fries were good. Soda machine was being serviced. A bit pricey compared to other sandwich shops.

First time at this location. Food was decent and the staff was friendly. Only downside was the beverage was flat. I switched it for another and was all set.

They are falsely advertising buy 1 get 1 free coupons that they email you and then refuse to honor. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I hope they get sued with a class action law suit. Sooner or later they will tick off the wrong person who will put it into motion. Their online ordering system does not work when entering coupon codes that ARE for online. The worker told me they KNOW the website isn’t working and yet still refuse to honor the coupon even when you SHOW it to them when you go to pick it up. I told them it didn’t work for any of the 3 people’s phones at my house and also it didn’t work on our lab top. The girl said she understood and that they KNOW their online coupons don’t always work. She said it’s been happening for a while now. She said instead you have to call to order or else they will NOT honor the coupon. NO where in the email or coupon does it say you have to call. She said it’s because they don’t have the ability to change an online order and they wish it would be fixed because this happens often and her manager doesn’t allow them to honor the coupon unless the person calls 1st. I said well you can cancel the order and start over as if I called. She said her manager doesn’t allow that either. I said well I’m not going to buy any of the food thats already made w/o the buy 1 get 1 free coupon that this company sent me. She said OK. I left the food there. I was so mad I didn’t go back. So now a few months later it happened again but to my husband this time. The coupon says IN store OR online. So he figured since it said you could use it for either he ordered it and drove there. Same thing happened and they refused to honor it even though it says it can be used either way. He left without buying the food that was already made and refuses to ever go back. False Advertising is against the law and I really hope they get in trouble for this. It’s FRAUD. They get you there, the food is done and figure you’ll just cave and pay full price.
