I won’t be back to this location again. I waited an hour for my food, which came out cold and skimpy. I had to switch to soda because the lemonade tasted like hose water. There were only 3 workers scheduled for this busy Sunday afternoon rush, one of them being brand new. After getting this $15 salad (pictured) I asked to return it and they made me wait for 45 minutes at the counter standing asking for help. They just continuously told me they’re busy. For $40 for two people to eat here, it is not worth it by any means.

I came in a couple hours before closing. Was told it would be 15 minutes for my sandwich. I didn’t mind that. 30 minutes later my sandwich was done but I watched the fries sit under the lights for 20 minutes and they were going to serve them to me. I had them make fresh fries. I had sweet tea. They took the container away so I could not refill my drink. I’ve sat on this review for two weeks because I do not enjoy leaving bad ones. When you spend as much as it cost things should go better.

Arrived 30 minutes before close and ordered my food, and I was thrown out at 9:45 while I was halfway through my sub. I’d expect to be able to finish eating after buying $13 worth of food. Actual sub was good, however.

Horrible experience honestly. But they cared and offered to do any and everything to help resolve the situation. Made my cold sub hot and then made my other the sub the wrong size and didn’t realize until after making and waiting on the first. But they made me a new fresh fry after waiting 30 mins. Also offered me free cookies. They car! It was just a mistake

I just ordered through Uber Eats and when I unwrapped one of the subs (“Veggie” sub), it had nothing in it! I guess someone was in a hurry when making these subs! My husband and I love Penn Station, but I don’t think I will order again from this location.
