Who does not love a sandwich, there’s a lot of places out there that do sub sandwiches and they do every variety you can think of. Penn station is not that place, they do what they do and they do it very well. The bread there is different than any place else, it has a soft chewiness that really works well with the sandwiches. Sometimes it’s hard to break away from what you love. And when you go there you’re going to love the steak and cheese, you can add whatever you want to it and it’s going to just make it that much better. Although it is hard to break away, this time we did. We went with a cold sub, that was great and also the Ruben which did not disappoint. But if you’re going there for the first time two things to remember the fries are great, and plenty to share. And try the Philly cheesesteak.

Great sandwich place. A bunch of cold and hot options, and three different sizes.

This is completely unacceptable, non presentable and lazy work. Missing toppings and paid nearly 13.00 on this unpleasant salad. The lettuce is discolored, I have one bacon strip and barely have any cheese. Also, you forgot my ranch. Your store is a complete joke and waste of time and money. I recommend seeking an alternative meal !!!!!

This is the worst Penn Station I’ve ever been to. Day shift manager is a horrible person. She denied me my military discount. And was extremely rude to me and my friends. I’ve heard her complain about us claiming your restaurant doesn’t serve “our kind” Do better. I’m never coming back here. I’ll be sure to tell all my service buddies not to either.

Employees were great, sandwich was great. Fries were a little cold and they’re the reason I showed up.

Mid food, rude employee, wanted to give me 6 ketchup packets for 2 medium fries. Then I asked for a few more and argued with me.

Great staff and awesome food. The girl named Vicki that waited on us was sweet and funny. I am definitely going back. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. Made us feel right at home.

Penn Station is my favorite sandwich shop. We stopped here on our way through town expecting the same great experience we usually get. We left extremely disappointed. It was basically a hangout for employees and their friends. As the man took my order he continued talking to his friend across the store and I had to repeat myself multiple times because he wasn’t listening to me placing my order. I waited about 20 minutes then walked up to the register to hopefully pass on that I am getting impatient. After standing there for a few minutes they said they were going to drop fresh fries for me! After a few more minutes I asked if I could go ahead and pay as I told them I had already been there for 25 minutes. I have a lot of patience for businesses now a days being low on staff. But there were three employees and I was the ONLY customer there! My hope isn’t that you read this review and don’t visit this business but that a manager sees this review and hopefully passes knowledge down to employees on customer service or just being respectful human beings.

The new general manager in Henderson KY, Victoria, is rude toward both customers and employees. She was argumentative with an employee in front of customers. She is also giving out local discounts to suspect customers while denying them to first-responders, military, police, and firefighters. Until management behavior is addressed I, a former loyal customer, will not return to Penn Station and will tell family and friends not to go there as well.
