Came in at 9:20 pm and was expecting bad service because that seems to be standard these days but that was not the case. The ladies working the grill nailed our cheesesteak and the fries were fresh and really good. Best experience I’ve had at Penn station in a long time.

This place used to be better. Skimping on what they used to put on the bread!!! Prices still high! They used to add extra fries because they are cooked to order, have not last 2 visits. $20 for a sub and fries. Gotten to expensive for me. Even now and then. They no longer even offer any coupons. For those like me that would use them!

Stopped here for a quick bite on the way to an event. Subs were solid and reasonably priced. Bread and cheese were slightly better than expected, while fresh toppings were nothing special. There was a fair amount of meat on the classic Italian sub which was a pleasant surprise. It won’t knock your sock off but can be a good alternative to a jersey mikes or a subway if need be. Unfortunately, I am so disappointed with my family’s experience tonight. It’s World Down Syndrome Day and we go there every year on this day to celebrate our kiddo who has down syndrome. Normally the staff is amazing, but tonight the staff was horrible. My husband asked a staff member if they had extra shirts advertising the day, and that person was extremely rude and ignored him. I asked to speak to a manager and I was laughed at. They had know idea who the manager was, finally a young kid came out saying he was the manager, I told him our issues and all i got was a blank stare. So sad that this was our experience on such a special day…

Love this place, about 85% of the time I can actually eat their fry’s, occasionally they taste bad but not very often. I’d say 8 out of 10 visits I’ll get a bad batch which isn’t bad. The sandwiches are always perfect though, so 100% on sandwiches and 85% on fry’s!

Absolutely the worst penn station I’ve ever been to staff is rude the food was disgusting no sauce and overcooked touching the raw meat the the bread after it’s cooked with same gloves and inside is disgusting.. go to any location but this one
