10 inch sandwich with only 6 inches of meat. I should have just ordered a small; 2 inches of nothing but chewy bread on each end plus soggy fries. Overpriced and I knew that already, but I was feeling lucky. Will be my last visit. The staff was nice but the product is not what it once was. Sad really. I’m sure this surprises no one, but I was hoping for more. Goodbye.

The store was disgusting. There was meat hanging out of the make station, the woman cooking the sandwiches did not have her hair up and there was trash all over the kitchen. It looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in over a week and even the cold make station looked like it hadn’t been wiped down all day. To make it worse, we stood there for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged.

This place is phenomenal! The hot Italian sub sandwich brought me right back to NJ. The boardwalk fries were perfect. The staff was very friendly and did a great job at keeping the store clean and making the food.

I went to the Penn Station in Fern Creek for a dinner tonight. I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki and when I got home this was what it looked like…mostly burnt! Their grill looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for days and the guy who prepared my food didn’t even bother to clean it before he cooked mine. I’d like to ask him would he feed his own family this burnt out sandwich?..I ate little bit because I was hungry but I threw away the most.. I want someone from their corporate office to come out and see if this location is properly following the company policy/rules. I can say this was the WORST sandwich I’ve ever gotten from the Penn Station.

Ordered food online at 7:00pm, pickup time was scheduled for 7:25. Waited an additional 25 minutes before I got my food at 7:50. Not the workers fault but with this location it seems like there is always only two employees working at a time and they are always super busy. If you plan to get food at this location anytime after 5 (based on my experiences) you are going to wait at least 30 min. Plus the quality of the food has gone downhill. Not worth $12 for a sandwich in my opinion.

Had an all veggie ‘dagwood’, not toasted. It was good and so were the fries. They cut fresh potatoes for the fries and they are salted just right. They also have chocolate chunk cookies that are really good too. The people working there are friendly provided fast service.

Good sandwiches, pleasant experience at this location. Apparently they’re doing away with their app, which means it won’t be on my go-to list anymore. App ordering-especially in this time where indoor dining is unavailable, people have to stay at home as much as possible, and masks are required; is just a necessity, in my opinion. Not sure why Penn Station would do away with a working app, particularly now.

They stole $6 from me!!!! I ordered a large fry with my meal online when I got there they said they didn’t have any so I asked for a refund. I was told they couldn’t refund me and to come back the next day when they open and the manager would be there. So I came back the next morning when I explained the situation they offered me fries that they were “out of” just the night before ( there was no truck there and they just opened so obviously they just didn’t want to make the fries the night before). I was then told the manager wasn’t there so there was nothing they could do. They literally stole from a loyal customer who went there at least once a week. Its been about 2 months and I will never go back to these thieves. How do you steal from loyal customers in the middle of the biggest financial crisis since the Great Depression?
