Spent $65 on 3 sandwiches including fries and drinks. Sandwiches had nothing but meat and cheese. They looked as though they had been made hours before and set under a lamp. No fries and the beverages were hot and had no ice. All of which was delivered by door dash. Drove to the location and was greeted by the rudest bunch of “kids” stating that I did NOT order fries and requested sandwiches be plain. FALSE. The manager on duty required I pay for the fries again because he stated it did not show on his system even after witnessing the correct full order on my phone. He continued to argue with me stating he was NOT going to fix anything. What happened to customer service? Pleasing a customer?!?!? I will not return to this location and I will be contacting the store manager. Photos are of fries I received after I paid the second time.

Stopped in to eat lunch while in Nashville for work. Always a pleasure to eat Penn Station. This location was a little slow but otherwise the food was excellent per usual.

We were in Nashville for a routine stop and followed it up with a lunch for us. It was a refreshing experience to eat at this location.

This place needs to go out of business. They are disgusting. Employees using the restroom to take a dump, not washing their hands and then making sandwiches with their bare hands touching all the ingredients. When saying something to them they got an attitude as if I’m a “Karen” whose expectations are too high and as if I’m just a temperamental customer. It’s scary how gross they are. Like who doesn’t wash their hands after going #2? Are you in kindergarten? And are you kidding me? Just toilet to Turkey out here.

Amazing sandwiches but I would take it to go next time. While eating in dinning room 2 crew members were arguing behind the counter while doing prep. Made the dine in experience very uncomfortable.

I came to the restaurant and watched an employee just come straight from the back and go straight to the line and make my food without washing his hands and putting on gloves. Afterwards he came out into the lobby and started cleaning the lobby and taking out the trash. I asked if that was my order he was making and another employee told me yes that was my order that he touched with his bare hands the meat , and cheese and the bread as he put it in the oven. She explained to me that that’s how it’s done here no gloves needed nor a hand wash. When I asked for it to be remade she caught and attitude with me and reassured me that restaurants don’t wear gloves and this location is no different. The employee that made my food never washed his hands from making my food to cleaning the lobby , taking out the trash and then leaving. I will not be back to this location I’d advice y’all watch your food being made here if you do,

It unfortunately it took 30 minutes to get one cold sandwich with only one other customer in the store and 3 employees present. One employee present was working hard on the grill the other two were moving slow and just were seemingly uninterested. The next and maybe biggest issue is basic food safety/sanitary steps, no hair nets were worn, so ponytails swinging freely over the shoulder and at times inches away from food being prepared. It made me cringe just watching. No masks worn like most other food places continue to do. Lastly my sandwich was made sloppy , not sliced in half and fell apart once opened. This was all just disappointing and an inconvenient way to spend a lunch break..

The food is consistently decent. I’ve never had a bad experience other than them occasionally leaving off a condiment, but there have been no disasters. Consistency includes being ready when they say, food tasting the same . For some strange reason there is a $3 to $4 mark up per sandwich when you use a delivery service, so always remember to pick up yourself and order direct.

One day I went in Penn Station, and it was ALL young men working. They made me the BEST sandwich I ever had there! It was delicious!!! But the other day I went back, and there was an older woman working on the grill. The grill was filthy dirty, and my stomach got upset after I ate my sandwich, and stayed upset all night. That’s the WORST sandwich I ever had there. So it depends on who’s working.
