The General Manager, Jessie is phenomenal. She tries really hard to keep her crew in line to give the best service possible. The sandwiches & fresh cuts are AMAZING Honestly, better than Subway! All the employees here are doing there best to serve you as fast & friendly as possible as they are a bit understaffed and are working on ways to create the best environment you’ve experienced.

What a ripoff. I tried this place. Small Sub was $8 and literally had a sliver of meat. So basically $8 for a tasted sub roll,..about 10 cents worth of lettuce and maybe 50 cents worth of meat,… maybe. Definitely will not return. Do not recommend.

In my visit the food was fairly decent, I got a Philly cheese steak sub meal and just a chicken teriyaki wrap. However the waiting time seemed to just keep going, and the employees didn’t seem to friendly much at all. Unfortunately I also must add the food was rather overpriced for what I received, its about 10-20$ a person to eat here.

When ordering after 830pm, you should call the store to verify they have the bread and meats available. There were several customers that ordered online or thru delivery service that when they got to the restaurant were informed that their order could not be made due to not having the bread or meats needed. From what we overheard, this is a nightly thing that happens, and the employees have been instructed not to bake more bread or get more meat out to finish the hours posted as the restaurant being open. Other than that, the subs are very tasty and full of ingredients. The fries are fresh potatoes cut and fried (similar to Five Guys).

I love penn station however the service I had today isn’t the service I have been receiving. Im not sure what is going on with this location however they need to get it together. Our fries were soggy and not hot at all, it took them almost 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and our order sat for another 5 minute’s until I realized it was ours. Also the employee’s we’re cursing and rolling eye’s the whole time I was in there. Also to mention the store was not clean at all! I don’t think I’ll be back , unfortunately!

PennStation in Lebanon has got to be the worst place to try and get food unless you have all day to wait on it. I just waited 45 mins, 15 of which to order WITH NO ONE in front of me, for them to not be paying attention to the toaster and it dropped my food, on my way into work. When I said I didn’t have time for them to remake it because they already made me late for work by waiting so long, they then told me I couldn’t get a refund. I asked for managements number and had to wait for her too even get it. Now I go into work hungry for 12 hours and still don’t have a refund for their mistakes. Mind you, another guy before me just left because he had to go to work and didn’t get his food either. Call me HANGRY or whatever you want, that place is a joke. $18.08 for a meal I didn’t even get.

Delicious, fresh food! Outstanding cheese steak and real fries made to order. Clean and efficient. Our new “go-to” sub restaurant.

I have been to this place 4 times and will probably not be back. The flavor of the food is great but they are very skimpy on everything. Staff is standoffish and every order has been wrong. It’s sad actually because it has the possibility to be the best sub shop in town.

The Sandwich was a little better then last time i went, but boiiiii let me tell you about these fries today… SOME OLD A** FRIES MY BOI. Soggy old, looks like last week fries. I was giving them a chance to redeem themselves but… they failed. Never again… Oh and very expensive for no reason for 2 Sandwiches and Fries $35.

I Doordashed 2 subs & fries last night and I was really pleasantly surprised! Especially with it being to-go- everything was fresh, not soggy, & tasted great. I haven’t found anywhere locally where I’ve been wowed by the subs, but now I’m so excited to try this place again! We got the Reuben & pizza subs.
