The food wasn’t the best. Fries were soggy , bread over toasted and the meat was blah. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. However, there was an African American gentleman who seemed to be a good leader and being informative to a trainee . Store was clean and orderly!

Friendly staff and clean facility. Chicken teriyaki is pretty good, no complaints they’re. Also, they give a 15% discount to military members, although not sure about dependents. Convenient location and hours. It’s my first time ever eating at a Penn Station Subs, and it was pleasant and delicious! Thank you! See pictures below.

Nothing what I expected and the fact the person let it go out like that was even worse. Our fries were completely over cooked and soggy and they were all almost END pieces of fries or crumbs everywhere in too! Looked nothing like anyone else’s fries that I’ve seen or anything like they do in the menu..my corned beef sub had more sauté Kraute than corned beef and was cold as can be when Grubhub brought lt to us! Where’s the yummy fries everyone speaks of because I got a burnt pile over cooked all END PIECES and few overly greasy floppy burnt looking ones the rest were all burnt end pieces. How you think any of that is acceptable to send out your door when a medium shared size fry is almost 6$ when we spent over 40$ on Grubhub! Not ok worst

Very delicious and the servers coming out with the subs is a nice touch. This was a delicious sandwich. I had the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, and the hubs had the Reuben. Also, the fries were crispy and flavorful. Awesome!

Usually love Penn Station subs but our recent experience with, Marvanna who took our order was less than pleasant to say the least. She was extremely rude when we walked in to order 20 mins prior to closing. Would’ve left 1 start but the cook was professional when preparing our food and didn’t seem as inconvenienced by our order.

My husband went inside to order and the lady at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge him. She just stood there cutting cheese and even made a phone call on her personal phone. After 10 minutes if my husband just standing there she goes “I’ll be with you in a minute” and proceeds to cut the cheese. She then helps another customer and doesn’t say one word to husband. He left without even ordering anything. When she was on her phone she was saying how “packed” it was…there were three people in the store. This was our first time going and we didn’t even get anything. We had high hopes but they were ruined pretty quickly. Not happy at all with the experience. This was the penn station in Clarksville TN.

I will start by saying the sandwich, and fresh cut fries were delicious. However, be ready to pay Panera Bread prices because this place is expensive. In my opinion, the pricing schemes are a tad high for a sandwich shop. Additionally, they do not offer any combo meals, forcing you to order a la carte.

This location is mediocre at best. I went in around 7:30pm on a Monday evening and ordered two regular sized subs, one hot (cheesesteak) and one cold (Italian). I also ordered a large drink and a bag of chips. It cost me $28, just for them to bag the hot sandwich with the cold one. Now my cold sandwich is a weird lukewarm temperature. It’s not even good and the temperature has a lot to do with it. It’s common sense and common courtesy to not pack cold and hot items together. Feels like
