This is hands down the best Philly cheese steak franchise out there, the meat is real and tender, the spice is excellent, the mushrooms and the mayonnaise taste fantastic as well, and oddly enough grilled banana peppers go really well on a sandwich from Penn station, and they even offer mustard for some reason. The store was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly, my order was perfect and my fries were crispy, I couldn’t ask for more. But I did, and I got a chocolate chip cookie which might be a little on the dangerous side because I know I will soon be addicted.

We just discovered the cheesesteaks from here and are completely hooked. I’m here every weekend picking at least one up. The only problem I have is when I order online and go to pick up, I have to wait longer and longer each time for my food. The website says 15 minutes, I give them 25. But it still ends up taking longer. It’s totally worth it though.

I ordered when no one was here and had to wait 30 mins. Cook with tattoos all over forgot to put all the vegetables I asked for. And this isn’t the first time. Last time, which was months ago, something happened, and employees completely forgot about my order when I asked about it.

Food is always great, unfortunately management, employees have fallen, orders not coming out correct, understaffed and now the air conditioning is out in June. Hope owners get this place back to what it use to be just a few short years ago. The two employees today are completely overwhelmed.

I ordered a chicken parm. Look over and the guy is pulling uncooked chicken to grill fresh for my sandwich. I was blown away! Every other sandwich place I have been to has used precooked or processed chicken. Got down to pay for my sandwich and the second guy was dropping my fries. My entire order was so hot I literally had to wait for it to cool before eating it. It was quickly prepared, reasonably priced, and exactly as I had ordered it. On top of all that the meal was very tasty. So glad I discovered this little Gem!
