Completely disappointed in my latest delivery order. The grilled clubs we received should have never left the restaurant. We ordered three, two on multigrain. One sub was only ham and the other only turkey but I paid for three subs that were supposed to each have turkey, ham, and bacon. Delivery services cost more so to receive less food is inexcusable. Whomever fixed these subs should be retrained. I am awaiting a partial refund through UberEats.

Disappointed in this experience. Ordered fries, extra crispy not only were they not extra crispy, but they were not even freshly cooked and had been sitting there for a minute and we also did not get a full serving. DO NOT EAT HERE. I placed an online order – pick up time was supposed to be 11:50 a.m. I got there at 12 p.m. and not only was it not ready – they had not even started to make the sandwich!! I waited another 10 mins and had to leave without my order because I needed to make an appt. I got NO apology and NO offer to refund my money. I practically had to tackle someone to even get me an answer about my order. It’s a VERY poorly run store – everyone behind the counter ignores you when you come in. They are very CLEARLY understaffed (welcome to the 2020s…)…with absolutely no organization or plan for how to handle a lunch rush. Shameful. I will definitely never go back.

The food is fresh and they literally make it in front of you. There was a young gentleman with glasses who I’m hoping he was in training because frankly he didn’t know too much. Whenever I want my money’s worth of good fries, I come here. A large can easily be shared with 3-4 adults. I normally get the artichoke sub, which is delicious to me. It’s pricey but worth it. The staff greets you upon entering and are usually nice. The store is clean and the wait isn’t long for fresh food!
