Employees are super nice but got our order so wrong and we were 1 or 2 customers in there. Literally didn’t even put the toppings on that come with the sub (lettuce and tomato). They got the lady’s wrong in front of us too.

The food was good as always, and they nicely waited until I walked in to cook the fries for my online order so they would be hot, and gave me a huge pile of ketchup packets. But in the meantime I used the women’s restroom, where the toilet only flushed if you took the lid off and pulled the valve up by hand, the toilet paper dispenser was broken so the giant roll of toilet paper was propped on the accessibility bar, and there was no soap in either of the 2 dispensers, one of which was in pieces on the corner of the sink. If I’m going to spend money to buy food somewhere, I expect the facilities to be in good shape, and the management to have a far more considerate and concerned attitude than what I experienced talking to the woman there.

Restaurant is filthy, staff is filthy, they are rude to their customers, sticky floors, not one clean table, the food is greasy, thrown together, and overpriced. The one woman is nice and friendly, but she does all the work and all her employees are rude, and not hardworking.

So, I ordered the steak and cheese sub and fries. The sub was really really really greasy. The fries didn’t look like the picture. They were greasy also and they looked and tasted like they were re-cooked. The other sandwich that was ordered was the chicken teriyaki which was also greasy. We paid $35.00 and it wasn’t worth it at all. I was really disappointed. The service was great. The young man who took my order was sweet and helpful. This was my first and last time visiting thou.

Have never eaten here before today and most likely never will agian. Asked for no dressing or oil at all and the ticket said no mayo no oil vinegar. My sub is drenched in itialin dressing and is soggy and disgusting. They also forgot a sub and had to return for that. The dressing has my face on fire and that’s the only thing I can taste. Thanks for a disappointing lunch. Good thing it’s not an allergy.

This place was a disappointment. The subs were nothing great. The fries were so greasy. Tea was made, so I had to wait. The basket my sandwich arrived in was sticky and dirty. Some guy hanging out, talking really loud to his girlfriend who was making my sandwich. It was annoying. I won’t be going back.

Got to give it up for my man, Herm! He is a sandwich GOD!!!! Literally makes the most delicious sandwiches and I had an issue with mine, he quickly corrected it. Super attentive and kind. The man deserves a raise for his amazing service!

Surprised at how tasty their heros are. But also surprised how expensive sandwiches have become. Probably one of the best I’ve had locally though. So I’ll be back!

I bragged about the food at Penn station to my coworkers and a few of them ordered with me. We ordered our food at 10:26am to be picked up by 12:00. Got there at 12:07 and none of our order was ready. I understand hot subs and fries you want them hot, but cold subs should have been prepped on time. After they prepared my order late I find out they left out a cheesesteak (good thing I checked while there). When I got back to work and opened my sub to eat it, it had nothing inside except the meat…. I have my receipt and I know I ordered it with everything and then sum. I ate it because that was my lunch and there was nothing else for me but I’m so disappointed. Most likely will not be ordering from here again and will definitely not be referring anyone.

First time eating at Penn Station. I’ve heard about them from several people. The bread is good. Overall I think it’s better than most shops.
