The big wally’s were excellent as well as the cheese curds although kind of expensive for how many you get but really good. Also got the tenderloin sandwiches they are always my go to and were really good this time but it’s a hit or miss on if they taste like nasty grease. With the food being good the service was as well and the food is always fresh. The atmosphere is a bummer very boring but it’s nice if you want a quite place to eat.

What in the world is a Spanish dog? It’s been on your only means of advertising, Reader board, now for ever, and nobody knows what it is. Not very smart! The grass and landscaping looks like you are permanently closed! I am quite sure that’s exactly where you’re headed, along with what is left of the entire brand. So, if on your only means of advertising, you advertise something that nobody knows what it is, and the outside of your building looks closed and there’s no customers, what do you thinks going to happen? Again, it’s really an entire brand issue.

1st off the floors were SO STICKY IT WAS DISGUSTING. 2nd when they brought our food. Not one both both sandwiches were wrong the buns were still partially frozen. When we took them back to have the right ones made the cook literally was yelling well that’s how it was on the screen right in front of us and was complaining about remaking them.. so then we just asked for a refund bc I’m not gonna pay money for someplace that the employees act like that because of there mistakes. I work in food service so I understand the stress I don’t get the way she acted on a simple remake. Will NEVER GO BACK!

For how new the place is the outside is trashed… The food was soggy. I got chili chesse fries, soggy.. Its only a 5 minute drive back to my house. So it shouldnt seem like mush. I also got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was soggy and nothing on it was fresh. All cold as well and for the price of it all pretty disappointing.

Thought I’d give it a shot and my guess is they have a lot to work out still. Took me 5 minutes to order 5 things at the speaker. I had to repeat everything 2 times and said no to “is that all” each item. After repeating myself so much you would assume it would be correct. It was not even close. The meats were xold but correct but none of the toppings were. My chicken tenders kids meal had one improperly cooked/separated tender. I chose not to call and talk to them because I don’t think ill be going back. Way better service at everywhere else I have been in columbia city since we move here recently. Hopefully they can turn things around. I have to have a bad experience to even speak my mind and as a business manager they have a long way to go to hold up to their competitors. I don’t work work in a restaurant for those who may assume I do.
