The lady behind the counter was amazing! She told us the history of Penguin Point restaurants since we are from out-of-town and have never heard of them before. She was so friendly and super nice!! The food was really good, we both had meals and the total was a little less than 16.00. Would definitely come back again if we’re ever in town.

The General Manager of the Auburn store has absolutely no customer service! She is overly rude, to not only customers but to her employees! Someone needs to send her back to a management course. I felt like she thought she was better then us, and we were beneath her. She is obviously not happy in her own life, and it shows through her work….. and she couldn’t even get my order correct!

Used to love penguin point everything was hot and fresh at one time sadly its gone downhill, we ordered a family size fry to share as a snack for 4 people, the fries were cold and hard and it was only halfway full wasn’t offered salt or ketchup or napkins, also was not greeted, not one word was said to us at the window, definitely the last time we will spend our hard earned money here! Used to be a great place!

I moved away 21 yrs ago and everytime I come home I always make a stop at Penguin Point. They have the best wavy fries and the pork tenderloin is so good. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because there wasn’t enough sauce but I asked for more and they gladly gave me some. This place is a must go to at least 1 time if your in the area.

They need to go back to shredded cabbage instead of chopped. My pop was flat & tasted off. Otherwise, food was excellent as always & service was really food. They need to bring back the ACD posters. The walls are pretty bare.

This place is one of few left to enjoy. Love the fried cheese curds and other sides like fried pickles. Tenderloin is always a hit. Walley sauce is unique to their menu, similar to any other unique “special sauce” at other places that may have an exclusive flair in their products.

Went through the Driv-thru. Got a three piece chicken . With mash potatoes and gravy with small fries . Cost a little over $9 . Tasted Great would buy it again. The staff was amazing. Wait, it was less than 10 minutes.

People were very nice, the restaurant was clean, but very old and run down, broken tiles running up the middle of the restaurant. Just old. The food wasn’t great. Would not go back, unfortunately. My grandparents used to own all of the northern Indiana Penguin Points, it is where my parents met each other, working. This is last of the very few remaining. Sad to see them fading away.

The new manager Crystal was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for sauces and other options. She checked in to make sure our food was good and that we didn’t need anything. We will be back

Manager was so rude when we came in. She had an attitude the minute we came in. I have never had such bad service. We have been going to Penguin Point for 40 years and never had such bad service.
