Went here with my family for the dinner buffet for the first time around 7pm and the food was all very fresh and yummy. Got food cooked on the fresh grill and they brought it to my table, and I gotta say it was super good and cooked perfectly!! Very nice option for the dinner buffet!! Oh and I gotta mention how friendly the staff was, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. We will definitely be back soon!!

My husband and I went with our daughter and it was ridiculous. There was literally no food. The stuff that was on the buffet was dried and stuck to the pan. So I decided not to eat and just let my husband and daughter eat at what little bit that they could scrounge up but when they tried it was gross and nasty. I do not recommend. We left without me eating and they left their plates barely touched. The women (I guess the owner) followed us out like she was going to approach us about not paying. I’m sorry but I’m not paying for something I didn’t even get to eat

I’ve traveled all over the USA and this Chinese restaurant has the best tasting food I’ve had so far. I love the flavor and different varieties here. Would definitely recommend it and I’ll come again one day. Not a bad lunch price and the staff were very welcoming.

THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!! One of us decided to dine in while the other didn’t because of the looks of the food. After taking a bite, we realized that the food was not good at all. We talked to the owner of the restaurant explaining and asking if it was ok to only pay for the two drinks and not pay for the single plate we took. She very rudely replied with a no saying that we took the food. We explained that we only took one bite off the plate and that everything else was still there.. we told her that we were not satisfied with the food and therefore, we left it all still on the plate. She still replied with a no and started raising her voice at us. At the end we agreed to pay and they charged us $20. Literally $20 for a plate of food we didn’t eat and two drinks we didn’t finish. Below is the single plate we paid for. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & FOOD EVER.

A somewhat better than average Chinese style buffet. The food is fresh and replaced as quickly as it runs low, keeping everything nice and hot. They have many of the standard offerings like Col. Tso’s Chicken and egg rolls and spring rolls. The Egg Foo Young was particularly tasty. They also offer a Mongolian BBQ where the somewhat limited offerings are cooked to order. Drink service is attentive but not overbearing. Ice tea was not allowed to run down. It was a reasonable experience for the price.

Came here at 3:25 PM, Out by 3:28PM after cold chicken, cold crab, cold pork, and raw food was laid out before me. We took one bite and we’re done. Walked up to the “manager” and informed him it was cold and we took no more than a bite to at least hope our eyes deceived us and he demands we pay, we ask that we not as nothing is fresh and he shouts we should order out then, that the buffet sits there for hours and if its hot food you want you order out, then proceeds to jump in our way in the door as if we had grabbed the cash register and tried to run and demanded we pay because if we want hot food we should order out and not eat the food at the buffet. Abysmal experience, sour sweet tea and a waste of 20 dollars.

I got fried wontons and a chicken and broccoli with steamed rice lunch special for takeout. I spoke with what I assume were the owners, who were very nice and had a good conversation with them. The fried wontons were nice and light, as was the chicken and broccoli. The items are a little pricey than what I am used to, but as far as I’m aware, this is the only Chinese place in Sylva. For what it is, I understand the priciness. My boyfriend and I want to come back to try their buffet.

Have given this place too many chances. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My family of 4 went for dinner and before we were even seated, my youngest daughter asked me to take her to the bathroom because her stomach just started hurting. Needless to say she ended up getting sick and I was in the restroom with her even after my husband and other daughter were already finished eating. So my youngest didn’t eat at all neither did I. Didn’t even pick up a plate. The lady ended up charging me for 4 people anyway even when our waiter told her, we didn’t even eat. We didn’t even sit down at the table!! She said you entered my establishment, so you pay for your food. WE DIDNT EVEN EAT! horrible customer service. Very rude owner. Husband said his food was cold and dry. Do not recommend to anyone.

Been going there for years- my family went last night and I only got a cup of soup and was charged for a full price buffet. The owner wanted to argue about it. Wasn’t like I got a plate of other food and didn’t eat it.. just the cup of soup.A cup of egg drop soup- $15 – pretty petty of them so we won’t be back.
