I went in for a lunch take out, Let me tell you..the food was delicious…. under 10 dollars why not. I had the fried rice with spear ribs n shrimp with lobster sauce. They give good amount to fill you up for the rest of the day. The rice nice n soft the spear rib was grill perfect you can see the mark, shrimp was huge size, the meat was in chunks. I had many Chinese food for lunch but this one took me by surprise. Give them a try! you will love it. The location is the last one in the plaza but the sign is in the front.

I’ve been coming here for what feels like my whole life, I’ve since moved out of the area but still make sure to stop by whenever I’m In town and you’d be hard pressed to find better takeout anywhere in the area. Food is always fresh. Kitchen is always clean.

Unquestionably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I ordered sesame chicken for take out and the meat I received was flavorless and so dry my girlfriend and I became convinced we were actually eating sesame rat. We even tried serving it to our dog—who loves eating dead animals she finds on the side of the road—and she wouldn’t even touch the stuff. The real punch line to the whole experience was how grossly overpriced the meal was—I will never order from Peking garden again.

I love Peking Garden in Andover. The people working here are so very sweet and kind and make the best Chinese food. I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants in my lifetime, including fancy expensive ones, and Peking Garden is my favorite. Always fresh and delicious. And, so convenient! I love them and hope they never go away! ❤

The good first: their location in Andover is convenient to me. The bad: their food is mediocre at best and they aren’t interested in addressing a problem.

Things may have been rough here previously, and I can’t speak to that as I had never eaten at Peking Garden before a few months ago. I go here about once a week for lunch, and their lunch prices are reasonable and the food is good, for Chinese takeout. I enjoy their shrimp in lobster sauce a lot. It’s good and hot and never too salty, like I have had at a lot of other places. Shrimp tends to be a bit overdone, but I don’t remember the last time I’ve had shrimp and lobster sauce where the shrimp were not overdone, so I won’t knock off points for that. All in all, this is my new favorite chinese takeout in the area, and I think it’s worth another shot if you thought it was terrible previously.

Always delivered hot, fresh, and delicious. Also clean inside great place to order from as it is wheelchair accessible but have to wheel past a bar or something and the sidewalk to it is narrow. Don’t go at night have them deliver its great food for the price.

Very helpful staff (they let me practice my mandarin). The beef rice noodles were a solid choice and filled me up without breaking the back. Also you can ask for some hot tea with your meal (a sign of authenticity).

Extremely subpar Chinese cuisine. Tasteless and over priced for what it is. This place is essentially the McDonald’s of Chinese foods. The people who have left good reviews do not know what good Chinese food is like. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to Lee Chen instead!

I ordered general chicken with my lo mein and the general chicken did not come. I called and told politely them politely that my general chicken was not in my bag. The lady on the phone then tells me that general chicken does not come with my meal, but online it says otherwise. After I told her that its on my receipt she started yelling and me.
