The food was good. My kids actually ate everything. We had a group of 8 so we ordered lots and I have never done this before but we were so hungry we ate the food before I could take pics. ♀️ The favorite dish that everyone loved was the sweet and sour chicken and the chow mein noodles. We ordered General Tso chicken, a stir fry beef, won ton soup( the kids also loved this), pot stickers, steamed dumplings. My children are ages 7 to 15 and we had 4 adults. Some dishes we got 2 of. It was a bit pricey but then again we were in Palo Alto so I am not quite familiar with prices. The bathrooms were a little sketchy. The men said the men’s was really bad with poor lighting. The service was great. The amount of food wasn’t much like other Chinese places. I don’t know if we would go back. I think I would try another place before going back. ♀️

As usual I was out on delivery when I had to go on break or lunch, either one. So I checked my Google maps as normally to see what’s close and cheap, I found this place, peeking duck, well, to make it quick, I love duck, I checked the menu and found they served about 5 or more different style duck dishes, unfortunately the menu i checked had a price that was half of what it actually was, one menu said 14.50a half, when I paid , it was 26 dollars, the dish was a half duck with a side of little steamed buns. All in all, it was delicious, skin was crispy and meat was tender, no fat really on that style duck, I belive it was the 5 spice crispy duck, it was good size serving, crispy, not greasy, golden brown, mmmmmm might have to go again on day off. If ya like any of these reviews please hit the like, so I can keep posting for yall.

One of the best Peking duck places I had in the US. Price is on the higher end and the half duck portion is a bit small and more like the 1/4 duck compared to pre-Covid. But tastes great and the pea shoots with garlic is delicious.. highly recommended

The portion of duck slices is so pathetic that I can’t believe the picture is a half duck portion. The taste is also not so authentic.

Very chill and nice vibe. Doesn’t have a lot of customers here.

Surprisingly good; the dishes were nuanced and tasteful (although half duck portion was a bit small). After Taste in downtown PA decided to inflate its prices (and now they are truly egregious), I think this is the best value-for-money Chinese food in Palo Alto.

We’ve been here several times for both lunch and dinner. Service has always been fast and friendly. We usually get a half Peking Duck plus a couple of veggie dishes. The duck skin is crispy, how I like it. The duck meat is juicy and flavorful. Veggies are a little expensive, but they give you large portions that are well prepared and presented.

I’ve ordered from here via Door Dash a few times and the food was fantastic! Not sure why the reviews aren’t great so I was hoping to put in my 5 star review to help them out. Ordered the General Tso’s chicken, ma po tofu and noodles – all were great. This will become our go-to Chinese take out place!

Indifferent service, mediocre food and unapologetic prices. All I can say is that this place could have been much better. Maybe it used to be. The management seems running out of steam and they are just happy to have customers. The quality of the duck insults the name of the royal dish. The portion of the duck slices is pathetic that half duck plate is not enough for two people. The sides are even worse. Their lunch menu bears dinner prices. It’d be totally Ok if their food quality justifies the price level. Disappointingly, their food tastes like little bit better than Chinese take-out but half the portion. Not sure if the servers are underpaid or not. They didn’t seem to care to make connection with us. Overall, this is a jaded spot serving unsatisfying dishes that remind hardship of low paying and unmotivated restaurant staffs.
