My favorite Chinese restaurant in the Chester area. We have been frequenting this place for over a decade. I am happy they have reopened for dining-in after being only carry out since the pandemic. Interior has been updated and remodeled. Ambiance is nice, bright and open. Food is always consistently good and tasty. Texture and flavor of the orange chicken is delectable. The Singapore noodles is my favorite dish to order. I loved the rainbow vegetable mix with fish. As with every other restaurant the prices have went up and the portions are smaller than they used to be. I still recommend this restaurant over the fast food Chinese places because the quality is worth it.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. I ordered a vegan order last week. They put eggs in the order. When I called to ask for my money back, the guy gave an attitude and offered to remake the order. Ordered this week and again stated vegan, they comped it.. got home and it had shrimp and chicken. Now waiting for the manager to call back to give us our money. No way am I driving 15 mins a third time to pick up because of their incompetence.

We returned for our second time to Peking Chester and again were impressed by the service, simplicity of the decor and of course the fantastic food. Enjoyed egg drop soup, dumplings and steak-on-a-stick appetizers. The steak was slightly well done for preference but flavor excellent. The wife went with sweet & sour chicken and I absolutely smashed the Phoenix! A new favorite!

This was the 1st time I had been back since Peking reopened. We were hoping for the Sunday lunch buffet they used to have. But they told us they don’t have that anymore. However food we ordered was great and there was plenty of it. In fact, my husband and I agreed that when we go back, we will get an appetizer and share an entre since they are so large. If you like Chinese food, you will be happy at Peking.

My family I visited the establishment and the food was great. Have to remember they prepare meals to be shared, unless you have a huge appetite. The service was good! I just was expecting the interior to be more grander. Idk was just expecting it to be a lot nicer inside the restaurant. Just looked pretty basic. Like a take out restaurant than a sit-down one. The food is excellent and tastes fresh.
