This restaurant is close to the house and so we visit it pretty often. The food is usually good, but we have had some inconsistency at times (but not so inconsistent that we don’t come back). The restaurant has definitely prioritized take-out, which makes eating in not such a great option. You can see this in a lot of little things such as you have order from the side take-out register, there is no staff that really covers the restaurant floor (that I’ve seen), tables are not serviced quickly, and the soda machine is hit or miss (yesterday no ice, for example). You may be better off getting your order to go if you live near by.

I’ve always gone to the Fast China Bear ( you know the one) I’m a ride share driver, and a client works at a different location, and really got me curious. I mean. Better than P.E.? That’s a bold statement for a chain restaurant. My oldest son and I were out yesterday, and I suggested we try it. We found this location and ordered the family platter… they didn’t mention it was for a family of 6!

I’ve been a long time Pei Wei customer; however, after tonight and other poor experiences I’m sad to say that I’m done dining at Pei Wei. This evening, when I walked into the Grayhawk location I first noticed that half of the tables on the patio were filled with dirty dishes (pictured below). After I placed my order I sat and watched my food die in the kitchen window for seven minutes before it was finally noticed and ran to my table. As expected, my crab wantons were soggy and my Korean spicy was room temperature. There was no reason for this quality of service since the restaurant was not busy at that time. I saw no sign of a manager and the employees had no direction. Over the past few years I’ve notice Pei Wei degrade and I’ve come to expect a bad dining experience. Do not waste your money here, there are plenty of restaurants I’d rather spend my money.

Worst food I’ve ever had. Cheese wontons were rock hard and burned to the point of being inedible! Any reputable restaurant recognizes such an item is a mistake and trashes it, this place DELIVERS IT AND CHARGES $8.50 FOR IT! Kung Pao chicken was flavorless with rubber chicken pellets from last week thrown into it, no heat at all, and primarily rice. Mongolian beef was totally flavorless to the point we SALTED it. Who salts Chinese food???? Avoid this place which makes Panda Express look like gourmet cuisine at half the price.

I really enjoy the Orange Chicken here. But there’s a major sewage smell problem at every Pei Wei I’ve ever been too. It gets worse at different hours and I don’t really understand what it’s linked to. Most locations can get unbearable to even eat in at because it smells so bad. Please fix this

One of the worst experience I ever had on my life regarding with food, the rice was bland no a oz of salt or seasoning, the pad Thai the hole mother fing point of the pad Thai is the nuts on it and the one I order didn’t even have it or even seasoning, was just a undercook chicken with some bland noodles, the other dish I order with the rice was like some nuggets with a burned onion, if you ever want to have a fast food experience of Asian food don’t come here it’s just garbage and bad
