Ordered the house special chicken and fried rice, vegetables and donuts yesterday.Tried some of the chicken and rice and donuts.. but I am having daerrhea now. Probably, the food was cooked with spoiled stuff. Would be throwing rest of the stuff and left over.

I ordered the traditional shrimp. This is not the first time I ordered this dish. In order to enjoy hot crispy shrimp, I ask them to put source on side. I called them after ordering that I will pick it up at 6:30pm instead of 5:51pm as app showed. However, when I pick it up at 6:35pm, the food is not hot, and the shrimps are soggy. Worst of all there were only white rice and shrimp, NO vegetables that supposed to be there. When I asked them about the missing vegetables, the waiter said no vegetables.

It’s a great location but they need to be more sincere. When we came in at 7pm 80% tables were dirty and trash all over the tables ! Maybe they need more employees to take care of the cleaning job. Right now, they are wasting a perfect location! Food tastes awful! They sell salad with only 1 salad dressing which smells really bad! I asked for a chicken salad and it came with full of noodles which I really hate!! Maybe I should have read the menu in details, my bad!

I know that Chinese food is usually cooked with a lot of oil, unfortunately, but the fried rice at this Pei Wei was SOGGY with oil. I had to use a strainer and run it under hot water to get rid of the excess oil.

I am a regular customer at many locations. They are all falling down hill. We were the first customer of the day. The facility was completely nasty. Restrooms not clean. I spoke with the manager and corporate is doing cut back. So they are understaffed and don’t have time to clean.
