I waited for a to go order for over 30 minutes and the manager did not even apologize or acknowledge. No, good customer service at all. I also asked for extra beef and paid extra and only got 4 pieces of meat. Please, get a better manager for a better customer service experience. Since the manager reflects on the staff.

All I have to say is shame on management. Location was understaffed on a Friday night. 4 people working (2 cooks, 1 behind the counter prep, 1 answering phones, taking walk-in orders, and boxing and plating food). The staff was working hard but it was not enough for the 8+ people waiting for pick up, 5 tables with multiple people waiting on food, and 6 dirty tables awaiting cleaning. From order to food on the table was 45 min and brought separately. Wife was done with her plate before I got mine and the appetizer came after her plate.

There were so many bugs flying around the tables near the windows that it was impossible to enjoy the food, it’s hard to eat when you’re swatting away gnats every second. Never too impressed with this location.

I had an issue with a Door Dasher not delivering my food. If it was even actually delivered, it wasn’t delivered to me. I called the restaurant and the manager, Cesar, was very helpful in making sure that my issue was changed from a negative to a positive. Thanks for all of your help, Cesar!

Went in early afternoon for a light lunch. Won ton soup and a vegetable spring roll. Horrible. The soup was lukewarm with a pile of green onions and basil floating around 3 wontons, two of which were partially opened. The spring roll was a greasy, gloppy, inedible cylinder filled with an unrecognizable mush. The plastic soup spoon had a black greasy substance on it. The employee brought another in his bare hand without acknowledgment or apology. What happened to Pei Wei? Used to be able to count on a consistent meal with friendly service.

The chicken and beef that we ordered was obviously MSGed to death. I liked that the curry had good flavor loved the bean sprouts and broccoli but wouldn’t order it again. The wonton soup was subpar seamed like they used frozen pot stickers in an instant broth and threw some fresh scallions on top. We enjoyed the egg rolls but they would have been better if they had been hot. All in all it’s been a couple yrs since we have eaten at a pei wei and we used to love the higher quality food for a quick meal but they have changed the quality. None of the things we ate were what they used to produce. It’s a shame.
