I love Pei Wei and have eaten at many locations. This Pei Wei offered us fast service and all of our dishes tasted fresh and were piping hot when it got to our table. Very delicious as always !

Kingspointe location in Pei Wei is one of the cleanest restaurants in town. It has a wonderful manager I highly recommend to see Luis at the restaurant he always make sure our food is perfect and is always friendly and attentive to our needs. This is a place I would go back to eat each week. Their staff take care of our customers and the environment is clean! I highly recommend Luis to be a GM in the future. The food is delicious and top notch to enjoy with my family.

I had a good experience here, the food was good, and the fried rice was very tasty. I had the Bourbon chicken with a side chicken egg roll. I will be back to try more dishes.

Staff was friendly service was fast and food was fresh. Can say I miss the old noodles over just being stuff with lou mein. The current ones are dry and not as much flavor as the old ones and make me a little sad. The shrimp was amazing though!

Yeah, it was okay. We used to have a Pei Wei in our hometown, but they all closed. We were excited when we found this location for dinner. Pandemic Pei Wei is very different than I remember. Everything is now disposable, which I get. The experience wasn’t what I remembered from other locations in the past. The kids portions had maybe 4-5 small pieces of chicken with a lot of rice or noodles which surprised me. The flavor was nice and the service okay. I like it more than most Asian quick service restaurants. It’s nice to have in the mix if you are looking for something to mix it up.

This is probably the worst Pei Wei I’ve ever been at. The orange chicken tasted like it was two months old and served from an outhouse. Visit was bad all-around, even the coke tasted nasty (bad mixture). Only had two forks available which were dirty from previous patrons so cleanliness is not a high priority here.

Pei Wei is a wonderful franchise – I have eaten at many different locations across the US and this location ranks last. Tables were not clean, the food served was below Pei Wei’s standard. I ordered one of their staples- Firecracker Chicken with brown rice. The rice even tasted bad. How do you mess that up?

I’ve learned to have low expectations when going to some chain restaurants. And I was right about this place I ordered something called pan pan noodles and two spring rolls and a drink the total came to $18.38 when I got was a 8 inch plastic plate of spaghetti noodles covered with an extremely gooey sticky concoction of vegetables and chop nuts with a few shredded cucumbers on top the spring rolls were very small and barely above room temperature. Plastic forks paper napkins in self-service soda for what I paid I would expect larger portions and a nice shirt dining experience this place was like going to a Taco Bell I had two bites of my noodle dish and couldn’t take anymore it was flavorless I’ve had the texture of glue I took it back and they refunded my money so at least that was something they’re much better options for Asian food until so don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Horrible service. Employees (cook and cashier were yelling at each other). I got a very simple order of teriyaki chicken and white rice. It took over 30 minutes. And my order came out wrong. On top of that, there was no order to things. Each table would get one item and have to wait forever too. This was the worst pei wei experience yet.
