PeiWei used to be the best local Chinese period. it’s quality’s gone down. I gave it 2 stars because it’s still better than most places. But, the past few times I’ve been there, the food has either been too spicy or too sweet or too salty. Maybe they just need better cooks. It’s very sad. I guess I’ll have to go all the way to PGA Mall for the mother company, PF Chang, if I want to have a good Chinese meal in the future.

Much much better! This restaurant seems to have a quick turnover on staff. Xavier, the kitchen manager was helping out with table service. He was awesome, left him a modest tip. Quality of food is still great, portions kind of slacking. But overall I like Pei-Wei. We eat there like two or three times a month. Thanks Pei-Wei
