I had 2 visits. This review is for the veggie food only. There’s just one vegetarian option but you can get it with brown or white rice or noodles. First time I tired the brown rice and the second time I tired the noodles. It’s with fried tofu. Its billed as a Thai dish but there’s little spice to it. You can add some sauce and I did but it doesn’t really spice it up. The flavors are bland. Was disappointing. But there’s few places in Kissimmee with tofu and vegetarian options. For spicy, flavorful I guess you gotta go to Orlando. Staff was very lovely. Place was clean.

I had not been to a Pei Wei before, so having no idea what to order, I played it safe and went with the Original Chicken. It was sweet and a little spicy — just enough heat to keep it interesting, but maybe a little more than you want before getting on a nine hour flight from Atlanta to Amsterdam.

First time eating at Pei Wei. I’m giving 5 stars for the service. Easy to order and made fast. Also 5 stars for the customer service. We ordered the beef and broccoli. That tastes great but the teriyaki chicken wasn’t all that great. Could have used more sauce on the chicken but it didn’t really taste like teriyaki. Would try this place again but a different dish.

Needs Management change! Aurelin was extremely rude and walked around with a chip on her shoulder! I ordered the Thai BASIL Cashew, when I got my order there was No Thai basil. I asked can they make what I ordered. She rudely said we don’t have any Thai basil and they haven’t had any in a long time! Like I was supposed to know that! She’s the same person who I just ordered from, as to why she chose not to tell customers that information is misleading and then act rude about it!

Came here for lunch for the first time and ordered the Mongolian beef. When I got my plate, it smelled and looked so delicious, I couldn’t wait to dig in. To my surprise, the first bite of beef was very foreign to me, and did not feel or taste like beef at all!!! I had to spit it into a napkin because it was so inedible. So I ate around the meat because everything else tasted good. I’m a chef, and I can tell that I wasn’t eating beef. This was the first and last time visiting.

Ordered online and went in to pick up from the Kissimmee location. Stood there, no one greeted us, then finally, I said “excuse me”. Another customer stated that the cashier was in the back, and had been for a little while. So the people preparing the food didn’t think to say, “hello, we will be right with you”, and call the person from the back? Then the person finally comes out, still no, “hello”, only to find our $100 order was just sitting on the counter. No thank you when she brought it to us, no “you’re welcome” when I said thanks, just an unpleasant demeanor/atmosphere all the way around. This use to be a great place with awesome customer service, but I guess in 2023, all you get is high prices, mediocre food, and horrible customer service. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
